Relaxing in the hot tub, weather was cold but I was warm!

Great friendly service, clean and sanitized private rooms, showers, bathroom and hot tubs. I had an amazing solo experience. They have Bluetooth speakers that play music at a great volume ( station and volume can be adjusted). Loved the different themes you can choose from. I definitely plan on returning. An experience like no other

Great place to relax! We've been going to the Oasis Hot Tubs since 1987! You can go for an hour or 90 minutes, but it's pure Heaven! Got a hurt back? Guess what--soak in a hot tub --best aqua therapy! They have Sirius music in each hot tub 'cubicle', and each tub is completely private with a shower and dressing/undressing area. They have indoor and outdoor tubs available also. Water is clean, everything is clean, and towels are provided. Complete privacy and serenity!

Had I discovered this gem before my last year in college, I would have been here every weekend. It doesn't get better than HOT TUB GARDENS. I've searched for a place like this in Chicago, and it doesn't exist. :( It's so simple to show up with some friends, pay for a hot tub room, and jump in that hot steaming bubbling little oasis. Oh how fun! And they have outdoor "rooms" that are awesome when it's snowing. There is a nice radio system for your entertainment, and showers too. It's so much cheaper than going to a sybaris kind of place, and it's something different to do! You also get all the privacy, and even some cheesy theme, like "amazon" or "egypt" SO FUN! I remember coming once with a small group of amigos after sledding and drinking bailys all day. As soon as we jumped in our little haven, the ski clothes came off, and the happiness of oasis began. oasis....come to chicago. I need more happiness.

It was very nice, staff seem nice, the only thing I didn't like is it didn't have a private bathroom.

There are all the challenges that excite nearly every kind of climber. Nearly any age can participate. Then the cherry on top, of a mountain of cream, is that the trainers/leaders are eager to encourage excitement in first time climbers. That is what separates this location from others, the kindness and willingness to teach others to be a good belay. It's clear that they want to spread the excitement over such a transformative hobby. It was so affective, I married the last person I took there on our first official date. It was a Covid wedding in 2021, but that only added to the excitement of climbing this mountain, we call marriage. Thank you for this location and its people.

The gear for sale and for rent is really convenient, and the online waiver process is a snap. The only thing holding the stars back to 5 is that a couple of the staff have been pretty grumpy when the gym is busy. Most of the staff have been great, but it would be nice for all staff to make guests feel welcomed joyfully.

There are fewer barriers, so visitors can get much closer to the aircraft. The enormous size of the F-14 is especially impressive when compared with the F-18 or older A-4. One volunteer shared some negative comments about museum leadership and mentioned that another volunteer had sprayed cleaning chemicals inside the F-117A bomb bay door, which reportedly smeared some of the signatures preserved there. This felt more like an internal museum matter than part of the visitor experience. The sci-fi and Alien exhibits also seemed somewhat separate from the museum's core aviation focus. Overall, the aircraft collection is excellent. Seeing the F-117A was a major highlight, and being able to walk right up to the very rare SR-71B made the visit especially worthwhile.

I love how knowledgeable the staff was and how accommodating people were when we had a variety of ages of children. We always love coming to the zoo and I can rest easy that the staff is always very helpful and accommodating. My only criticism would be that we have some significant in anaphylactic allergens and the staff at Kitty Hawk Café didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about allergens and cross contamination, so we didn't feel safe at all getting any food there. I highly recommend bringing a cooler and leaving it in your car if you have allergies.
