My husband made it a surprise to me and brought me here. The place was very clean and staff were very welcoming which is a great thing ! Our room was nice and smell good. There were clean towels and chocolate mint candy. There is a small place to take shower as well. Also,there is a small place to hang on your clothes and jacket. The price was around 45 dollar on Sunday night but prices vary depending on what time and day you chose. They provide an option to buy sparkling water and other stuff to enhance the experience. We bought sparkling water with raspberry flavor. I rate it 5/5 We spent around one hour which was enough for spending time in the tube but next time I will reserve another 30 minutes to give myself time for taking a shower and getting dressed. Great place to relax! We've been going to the Oasis Hot Tubs since 1987! You can go for an hour or 90 minutes, but it's pure Heaven! Got a hurt back? Guess what--soak in a hot tub --best aqua therapy! They have Sirius music in each hot tub 'cubicle', and each tub is completely private with a shower and dressing/undressing area. So my husband and I went on our annual hot tub trip February 12, 2022...all going as usual...then the young lady that works their as she escorts us to our room asks if she can SEARCH MY HUSBAND'S BACKPACK??!!! We have been coming to the Oasis for probably 30 years and have NEVER HAD A BAG SEARCHED.....we both feel totally blindsided and a bit violated...and YES we did have alcohol...in CANS which we know is NOT ALLOWED....but we also signed the waiver knowing the risks....we are 52 years old and as I explained to the manager...I completely understand that they are just doing their job...BUT we paid $80 for a tub and feel that we should be able to have a drink if we want to.... And THE SEARCH THE BAG DEAL WAS SOMETHING THAT HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE....it really put a damper on the night...No not getting our alcohol taken...BUT GETTING SEARCHED....AND YES...IT IS IN THE POLICIES...just felt WRONG.... This is such a relaxing time. Whether you are by yourself, with a group of friends or with your love, kids can actually come too which is amazing because my kids LOVE hot tubs! I have been in almost ALL the rooms, the English Country is my favorite! The Isle Royal is fantastic, small outdoor and beautiful, and the Japanese room is so beautifully decorated and Rainforest is at the top of my list, the Vancouver room is going to be my next one. The hubby and I absolutely love coming after 9 pm when it's not so busy and relax in an outdoor tub!. We always go with an hour. This time I got a gift certificate for my husband for his birthday because he seriously LOVESSSS not tubs! Helps my back and helps his legs! The rooms are very nicely cleaned, the water is changed out frequently! Very sanitary! They sell an array of pop, juices, water and sparkling grape juice. They provide towels, little comment cards, nice restrooms, each room has a personal shower, and a satellite radio! If you are looking for a very nice, relaxing time and a quiet getaway, I highly recommend coming here and at least doing an hour!!! read more

I'm going to be honest - the thought of going to Oasis over the past ten years that I've lived in Kalamazoo has always kind of...creeped me out. It's right in the neck of Fratville and I envisioned hormonal college students doing hormonal college student things and leaving behind a mess. IT'S ACTUALLY NOT WEIRD. So for anyone who's skeptical and wondering what to expect beyond the FAQs, here's kind of how everything went: 1. Call and make a reservation. This place is PACKED at night. I never noticed. They'll ask for a credit card. 4 hour cancellation policy. 2. Show up and check in. There are places for you to change, or you can wear your swimsuit under your clothes like I did. You can also buy drinks or bring your own, no glass or alcohol. 3. They show you to your tub and how to use everything. Super brief but also professional and not at all awkward like I kind of expected a, "We don't really wanna know what you're going to do in there but just be clean" talk to be. 4. Take a quick shower beforehand 5. Enjoy your soak! We were outside while it was snowing (in April) and it was honestly amazing. 6. They'll call you 10 min before your time is up. Take another shower, get dressed and head out. 7. A team of Avengers will rush in and clean the place like their lives depend on it. 8. There's a dryer for your swimsuit 9. Check out feeling crazy relaxed and ready to come back! The only recommendation I have is that you bring some kind of digital device with AUX capability so that you can listen to your own music. Had I discovered this gem before my last year in college, I would have been here every weekend. It doesn't get better than HOT TUB GARDENS. I've searched for a place like this in Chicago, and it doesn't exist. :( It's so simple to show up with some friends, pay for a hot tub room, and jump in that hot steaming bubbling little oasis. Oh how fun! And they have outdoor "rooms" that are awesome when it's snowing. There is a nice radio system for your entertainment, and showers too. It's so much cheaper than going to a sybaris kind of place, and it's something different to do! You also get all the privacy, and even some cheesy theme, like "amazon" or "egypt" SO FUN! I remember coming once with a small group of amigos after sledding and drinking bailys all day. As soon as we jumped in our little haven, the ski clothes came off, and the happiness of oasis began. oasis....come to chicago. I need more happiness. read more

The original for me. Spent many a fun time in my college days here. Took the husband on our last swing into town and yep it still works. I think the service here is better than in Ann Arbor, the prices are better too. People are so friendly and accomodating and any issues are tended to immediately and with grace. Definitely appreciated. We were in the Polynesian , which no I had never been in before, complete with tiki masks and bamboo wall. Cozy tub, perfect temp as requested. Decent supply of beverages and tub scents which we like. It was a nice little escape from the friends and the friends kids, a chance to end a day on a romantic note as our hotel was not the best choice. Really with a nice hot tub and Sweetwater doughnuts after, Kalamazoo is still worth a peek. read more

This place was too good to me, I came in after being on vacation in Houston and was just looking to enjoy some Pool time, I came in looking to spend around $65 for the time but the representative Kyle made my stay so perfect I paid half the price for a longer time than I originally wanted and was also able to get a bottle of sparkling champagne and fragrances for the water. I pulled into the tiny parking lot and right off the bat were two piles of junk sitting in really, the only grass they have out front but the inside of the building is gorgeous, well-kept, and aesthetically pleasing. The hot tub rooms are always very clean and pristine. There aren't toilets in the actual tub rooms. I really don't understand that for a second. It's almost like they expect you to just piss in the tub or the shower. I go here because I enjoy the privacy so having to leave the room in my bathing suit to use the toilet is unpleasant, to say the least. I don't always go hot tubbing, but when I do, I come to you because my bathtub just doesn't cut it... I've always been lucky enough to reserve a time when multiple rooms are available and I feel like the "whirlpool" is my oyster! Do I want a rainforest today? Or perhaps a zen garden? Maybe even an Egyptian sanctuary (I've always been a cat person)... I love that you provide so many unique options. It's a little pricey if you're doing the After College Student Loan Tango, so I usually go on special occasions or with a group... If you're a person who likes to go often, you can always become a club member. Also, club member of not, they send you great deals every once in awhile via text/email. Usually, I don't like a biz to text my personal number, but when they're letting me know an hour soak is half off tonight if I present said SMS- I tend not to mind! The service is great, cheery people who leave you alone after you've checked in until your time is up. I will definitely be returning! The place was clean and tranquil and beautiful. Each hot tub area is themes (I forget what my theme was). On the way out I was able to see some of the other hot tub areas. Because I did not have a reservation, only an outdoor tub was available at the time. I was skeptical about being outdoors because it was cold out, but the temp really isn't noticeable once you are in the tub. I ended up enjoying it so much that I extended my time while I was in there. Showering beforehand is required, so not sure how that works with timing. It seems that personal prep time was included with the hot tub time (however, not completely sure, wasn't watching the clock). Also I was slightly annoyed at the method of informing the customer that the end time is approaching. When it is close to time up, the lobby staff calls on a phone that is located within the hot tub area. It would have been nicer, instead, if there were some type of light coming on or even a chime to inform the customer that the end is approaching. The only other "bad" thing was that the restroom isn't private (the showering is but not the actual toilet) & you have to go down the hall outside of your private area to access it. However, that was a minimal annoyance. Staff was politely abrupt, I.e. not overly chatty, but provided necessary info. Still it was all worth it, definitely recommend and am returning. read more

I love the oasis. I have been coming here for almost 20 years. While I no longer live in the great city of Kalamazoo I visit as often as I can, and when I do I make sure I have an hour at the end of my evening to go to the Oasis Hot Tub Gardens. Its just such an amazing idea. Theme rooms with hot tub's. Open ceilings so you can look at the stars; enjoy the sun, or even relax as tiny snowflakes fall on the ground around you. It's not a seasonal place you could sit in the hot tub outside and enjoy all four seasons. You can soak alone, or with up to 12 of your closest friends. It's just such an amazing idea, I wish we had one where I live. read more

I had s VIP card I get every year. I came out of Tub early called front desk told staff water was below skimmer and pump running dry . When I came out they asked me how it was? I told them water was leaking and they said they would put more in . Told them body half out not a good experience. I got stares and no reaction from staff or apology or compensated I left my VIP. Card at Desk Been 3 weeks no one every contacted me I tell everyone I know that they don't care about your Visit just the Money guess you s monopoly you do what you want . What a super experience! Went here with another couple to relax and try something different. It was just that and more. Very clean and private. The staff was helpful and professional. The tub was great, ran perfectly. Only suggestion I would make would be to put blinds or a folding blind in the private changing area in case you want to change and not have the guests your with have a show. Private shower was nice. Music options were a nice detail as well. This place is priced affordable. I would not hesitate to visit again. I have already suggested it to my friends. I used to enjoy going there and I was a regular customer for quite some time. The last time I went, the water looked like it still had oil in it from the last occupants. I showered before and after using the hot tub. I also developed a boil a few days after that visit which, to make a long story short, resulted in me becoming extremely ill. The doctor had to biopsy and boil and confirmed that the bacteria they cultured was most often cultured from unclean hot tub exposure. I hadn't even mentioned my recent visit to oasis and that was the first question he asked. They gave me antibiotics but the staph was so resistant that the infection came and went for 7 months. I am very disappointed because I enjoyed going there read more

They never answer the phone, keep you on hold for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour when all the employees do is stand around and talk to each other and play games on their phone and put people on hold for no reason. Their outdoor hot tubs don't even have roofing over them except for one. So pretty much if it's raining you're screwed. But other than that they're nice I guess. read more

This place is the perfect place to relax, between the unique decor both in the lobby and in each room, to the friendly staff and obviously the hot tubs. It was a great experience. We were suppose to go the other weekend, but at last minute we had to turn around and head to the hospital because of my husband's grandfather being out into ICU.
