The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up. I didn't want to go back to my lease dealership since they thought I had "buyer's remorse" when my car broke down with less than 5,000 miles on it. I went to another Kia dealership where they basically told me that what I wanted wasn't possible at the price I wanted. So I promptly moved on and we found Cronin. Unfortunately the car I wanted was gone by the time we got there (completely my fault. I forgot to confirm that we were coming) so I test drove a different car. It was great and I fell in love immediately. We worked with Micheal who was very patient and helpful the whole time. He and Richard helped us figure out exactly what we need and what we don't. Both were very upfront with us about where the price was coming from and how it make the price something we could afford. This is one of the few car dealerships that don't make you feel like a piece of meat in front of hungry lions. The dealers aren't commission based so there's so extreme competition or unfair treatment. This is one of the best dealerships in the area. I can't recommend them enough.
