That freshly baked sourdough bread sandwich was so juicy some avocado squirted out of an air hole in the bread onto my shirt. Luckily water was nearby to quickly wipe away any future stain. Sebastian shared that their day starts at 3AM to start making the fresh bagels. (I was voting at around 11ish.) Despite their long day, they were very welcoming. After trying both, my wife made me go back and pick up a jalapeno cream cheese. All three were fantastic. The bagels, cream cheese, and the hospitality is what stood out for me. While I wish I could frequently visit this place to become a "regular customer", Napa is a little too far away. I do recommend people in the area to give this place a visit if you're looking for a bagel. It is definitely a go to spot. I did spy them making a sandwich and they also looked delicious.
