Macaroni salad

A hole in the wall sandwich shop that packs a punch! It was particularly busy on a Saturday during lunch as expected. The store itself is located on a busy street and is easily missed if you weren't looking for it. Service is quick and friendly, the menu is quite extensive with lots of options to choose from. You can also grab chips by the side wall along with drinks and side dishes like Mac salad (which we got an we tasty!) Ordered a cold Italian to go. It had all the fixings in it at a great price.

First time trying Tina's, it was a busy restaurant but ordering online was quick! Everything was fresh, delicious and filling for a half sandwich. It's a local hole in the wall deli spot and has a unique vibe. Staff was friendly and ontop of it! My new favorite local sandwich shop!

My husband has been hyping up Tina's breakfast burritos and he wanted me to try them. We went on a Saturday morning at around 10:30 am, which is near the end of them serving breakfast at 11 am. We both ordered breakfast burritos which comes eith two meats, but I asked if we can sub the meats for avocado, and my wish my granted. They make it with eggs, a hashbrown patty, cheese, and your choice of 2 meats (ham, bacon, sausage, or turkey). They also offer a spicy delicious red salsa. I enjoyed it - it's smaller than your typical taco shop burrito, but it's still filling. Yes, I'm talking to you America! The only thing, for me, is the eggs needed salt. My husband had meat in his, so he describes that the saltiness from the bacon/ham complements the other components of the burrito. So, I say this, but still everything else was perfect. The eggs were fluffy, the tortilla was chewy and heated perfectly, the cheese choice was great, and they gave me a satisfactory serving of avocado. All in all, I'll consider dropping by for breakfast during the week too. Service was friendly and they've got a good team working in the kitchen.

*Hot Pastrami* very tasty. Recommended to toast the bread, good call. But got mayo on my order. Thankfully I'm not allergic. I keep trying Tina's & Tina's too but my order keeps getting messed up which is the reason why we got 3 out of 4 stars.

I'm doing some training nearby and asked about this place, was told it was great. I'll be very honest from the outside I wasn't sure what to expect. Once you step inside it's always hustlin and bustlin and the deli is super clean and organized. There was a very nice woman at the register with a ball cap, she greeted me right away and was super friendly, even the staff in the back preparing food give off such a positive energy. I ordered the toasted club and the sandwich was sooo good. Now I did have lunch here a couple more times, having the blt and chicken club. Both sandwiches were too delicious that I forgot to take pictures and the most amazing thing? That same friendly woman knew my name after only a couple visits.....and they're busy often so that really just blew my mind. If possible I would give Tina's 10 stars.....the food is delicious and the only thing better than the food is the welcoming customer service. I'm just sad my training will end soon and I won't be able to regularly visit. Thank you staff for the amazing experiences!

Ask the Community - Tina's Deli

Does this business have an outdoor patio? Is it smoke-free?

Patio, No. One picnic table right in front of the door - "smoke free" sure but that's presuming no one is smoking right there on the sidewalk. It's tight right there, it'd be a rare pretty inconsiderate smoker, etc.…

### ** I Was a Faithful Meatball Sommelier... Until This Sub Stole My Heart!**…read more I don't take meatball subs lightly. In fact, I consider myself a certified **Meatball Sub Connoisseur**--a high-end *Meatball Sommelier*, if you will. For years, I truly believed my refined, highly trained tastebuds had already crowned the ultimate king of California meatball subs: Cortina's in Orange. I thought my search was over. I was set for life. And then... a happy little accident happened named **Rock n' Jenny's Italian Subs**. I ordered the medium meatball sub, expecting a standard lunch, and ended up having a full-blown spiritual experience. * **The Meatballs:** Unbelievably juicy and *clearly* homemade with love--just like Mom used to make! * **The Ratio:** Pure geometry perfection. The exact right amount of meatballs, melted cheese, and bread. * **The Crunch:** Perfectly oven-toasted so every bite gives you that glorious golden crunch. Would I come back and devour this again? **YES.** A thousand times yes. **Bonus points:** They're super into cars, so you get top-tier subs with awesome vehicle vibes! My tastebuds (and my car-loving heart) have officially found a new home.

He said it'd be a 15-20 minute wait for my to-go subs and he was spot on. Got the 9" Famous Turkey with the works and really enjoyed it. I wish they'd used a lighter hand with the house dressing though, because it was messy to put down and pick back up. They also didn't cut it in half. Wonder if this was a one-off mistake or a standard to-go thing. I've also ordered the meatball sub and it was very enjoyable as well.

I had their talked about "Big Kahuna" and it was big... and it was delicious. I had the 6" and ate all I could and still had the left over for lunch today. The meats are first class... excellent and fresh. The bread... I asked the owner and he said he thought the Big Kahuna was best on their French Roll... so I went with that. My wife had a Turkey and Cheese on Squaw. She started out thinking the Squaw was not as sweet as she liked... and by the end of the sandwich... had reversed her opinion and really liked it. Both were perfectly fresh. The French roll is not a hard crust and smashed beautifully ... other wise I would never have gotten my mouth around the Big Kahuna ... even with an aggressive double "Gnawing" bite. Mustard, Mayo, Vinegar and Oil, Salt and Pepper... Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Dill Pickle chips, and Pepperoncini. Now that is a spectacular sandwich. Will go back every time a sandwich is my choice. The service ... friendly, helpful, kind and pleasant. Doesn't hurt either that the place is beautifully decorated to an inviting atmosphere. Service is on point, like I said I've been here three times in probably 5 months and the crazy thing is on both return trips the guy recognized me like this is the epitome of mom & pop business right here. You feel seen and you realize the money your paying for your delicious food is going to real folks and not some corporate overlord nonsense. The vibe of the place is an industrial-esque sports bar the style that was super popular during the hipster face of restauranteering where everyone was going for the stripped down minimalist aesthetic but for this place it works. They have high seats, low seats and a couple TVs playing live sports with no real obstructions. We always come at off peak hours so I'm not sure how packed it would get but this seems like a good place to catch a PPV fight or something IF they don't pack everyone in like sardines. The food, jeez I should have probably made this the start of the review the food is decadent. EVERY dish we've tried has been packed with flavor, healthy portions, and fair prices. I recommend anything on the menu but if you want to get out of your comfort zone get the balkan fries, they're so good you won't regret it! This is the kind of place you want to see in business the people rock, the food is great, and you feel like part of the community patronizing here.

I prefer the more common layered Philly style of thinly sliced then lightly chopped beef with slices of cheese melted on top, then onions/peppers folded in the roll. The beef is more the star in the style. As for the famously imported roll, they can save the cross-country expense as it's tasteless and wrinkly. There are many better rolls available from local commercial bakeries. A few more minor annoyances. Ketchup is only available in those messy little packets, and there are no salt and pepper shakers, just those tiny packets. And finally, what's with the 3% "Operations Fee"? A business's finances are run through a P&L, which always contains operating expenses. Given their prices and I'm sure good profit margin, any operations expenses should be built into the P&L model, not hoisted on the customer beyond the item prices. Overall, a decent sandwich and fries from a frozen bag, but for $20+ not a good value.
