We asked her where she went, and if salons were open in the area. She said they were and gave us the name of her salon. We called to make an appointment, and were told they didn't do appointments. At that point I checked yelp reviews- that place only had 2 stars- no way we wanted to go to a 2 star place. So I started checking for other salons. This one had the best reviews, so I called and made us both an appointment for pedicures. The yelp reviews did not let us down. We were both very happy with our pedicures. It's a week and a half later, and my toes still look great. I will happily go here again when I'm in the area. The girls also suggested some good restaurants for us to try. Plenty of parking. Clean salon with friendly staff

I did have a problem with getting the color I wanted but the tech suggested another that turned out to be my new favorite :)

His vibe was off to. when he called us back, he didn't come out and get us. He stayed around the corner and said I'm ready for you.. I have no pictures because I immediately went home and learned how to cut his hair myself. My hack job was better than what they did. I definitely feel like Zayn was just trying to see the most clients as possible not spend time on his work. We were there for 30-40 minutes total, 20 getting his haircut. we came in as one person was leaving another getting in the chair then we got in the chair and another immediately back in. I feel like that's obvious that he doesn't spend time on each client.

To set the scene the waiting room is in the middle of the shop and 3 barbers were working. This barbershop claims a welcoming environment, but not one word was spoken to me until my barber showed up 3-4 minutes late to my appointment (I was there roughly 8 minutes prior to my appointment). Now to get into the haircut which wasn't a bad haircut I walked away looking decent. Master barber Marco stated he didn't have enough time to shave my head and he'd need me to select on the website haircut and shave for me to get that done. As a first time customer that's not really helpful or beneficial as I'm already in the chair and now I'm going into a haircut knowing I won't be getting what I expected. After about 17 minutes of him jamming the clippers into the side of my head and neck we finished and I paid with 9 minutes to spare. I'm fairly certain he could have made my experience and exceeded my expectations, but I'm not one to judge the ability of someone with their craft. It just seems like I could have received what I wanted if they truly were interested in providing excellent customer service. I don't think I will find it in me to try the other barbers based on this first experience.
