I had continual issues of too much hair being installed, beads not being installed properly, wades of hair coming out when brushing, extensions coming loose and hanging down only a couple of weeks after being serviced, hair coloring that faded only 10 days after being colored with no offer of correcting, etc.... Upon finding out that hairdresser had left salon, no one offered to help me with the concerns that I was still facing with the hair extension bought through this salon. I was told only to go see whom had been doing my hair, someone I was not even happy with to begin with. I was just left hanging!!!! I am out $1500 in hair extensions and money I have paid for nonstop servicing on them every 2-3 weeks. I will not recommend this salon to anyone for any type of service moving forward.

I've been on the road for several months and my face just felt icky. Ashley gave me a nice, thorough, exfoliating facial for $55 (not including tip). She's only 22, but went to school specifically for skincare and clearly spends lots of time learning about dermatology and the latest skin treatments. I'll absolutely come see her again when I'm back in Florence. I have no idea why this Ulta is "$$$$." If that we're the case, the facial would have been $250 or more. I consider Ulta to be "$$" max. I was able to show up a few minutes early so I sat and waited. I had scheduled my appointment for 5:15pm and when I looked at the clock it was as 5:25. I'm normally very patient so it didn't bother me. Then it dragged on and I was worried that they would rush through my haircut because it was closing time. I didn't care to reschedule due to it being so late, even though I was on time. The receptionist said it was alright, but her boss's daughter was getting her haircut and it was taking longer than they had thought. The receptionist told me that she was sorry and that they were doing more than what was scheduled. When I finally got my haircut the girl rushed through my haircut, didn't ask me anything specific other than the length, and cut ot shorter than what I had asked for. She could tell that I wasn't happy. I was nice and just kept my mouth shut. She said, "I like it shorter! " I just said, "I don't and I didn't pay you for the haircut you wanted." I'm not normally like that but it could have been avoided if she had just slowed down or rescheduled me. Also, the older woman who works the reception desk most days is very rude and condescending. I won't be back and I'm discouraging others from going there.
