I had continual issues of too much hair being installed, beads not being installed properly, wades of hair coming out when brushing, extensions coming loose and hanging down only a couple of weeks after being serviced, hair coloring that faded only 10 days after being colored with no offer of correcting, etc.... Upon finding out that hairdresser had left salon, no one offered to help me with the concerns that I was still facing with the hair extension bought through this salon. I was told only to go see whom had been doing my hair, someone I was not even happy with to begin with. I was just left hanging!!!! I am out $1500 in hair extensions and money I have paid for nonstop servicing on them every 2-3 weeks. I will not recommend this salon to anyone for any type of service moving forward.

Her body language was super flirty like she was touching his neck and shoulders a LOT, petting him/stroking his head quite a bit and was laughing way too much for it to have been a normal conversation. As someone who has a tendency to get jealous, I blew it off as me just reading too much into things. Until we left and my boyfriend told me how HE felt about how she was acting. He said he felt she was being really flirty, petting his head a whole lot, scratching his scalp, petting all over his neck and shoulders and was overall making him very uncomfortable and feeling somewhat violated. Ms. Payton is very lucky I didn't have a chance to call her that day or go back up there. All in all wives, girlfriends, fiancées, partners DO NOT BRING YOUR MAN HERE. I can understand working mainly as a man's hairdresser and trying to secure a tip, but I was literally sitting right there staring at them the whole time as she continued with her insanely inappropriate behavior. The issue I have is that this stylist DID NOT rinse all the dye from my hair. Additionally as she was attempting to blow dry my hair she burned my head several different times. When I mentioned that she was burning me she simply gave up and left half my head wet and DID NOT finish styling my hair. Over all the experience left me with a ruined blouse an incomplete hair style and four second degree burns on my head. On top of all of that they charged me over $100 for this miserable experience.
