I asked about this and she assured me she had taken the exam and was waiting on the license to display. I believe this to be true, but it is definitely concerning to a new client. My hair is now red, brown, and blonde. Even Abby said it didn't turn out right. She offered to fix it, but I don't trust her to fix it. I don't trust her to cut it. She asked me to pay for the products, but I don't feel like I should pay for products when my hair is 3 different colors and I now have to find someone else to redo it. We tried to call Megan, the owner, but she didn't answer her phone. 4 hours and I have to find someone to fix the color and cut it. I didn't even get a haircut during my 4 hours spent at the salon. I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away! Also, the water was cold when she rinsed the color out of my hair. Shouldn't your water be warm at least? I don't know how to fix this and every salon is closed on Sunday so I now have to go to work on Monday with hair that looks horrible and unprofessional. My advice to this salon is to have a seasoned hairdresser on staff to coach the new hairdressers. I understand when you're first starting out that you don't know as much as someone that's been in the profession as long. Help your new hairdressers so they don't create hair disasters and drive away clientele. What a disappointment and a waste of time. I would like a call from the owner and if not, I will reach out to her on Tuesday.

Idk if that was the cause but I do know my hair still wasn't blonde and my scalp was bad. I get my roots bleached every 5 weeks now and no pain and I've never had that happen before, I've went blonde several times. I wouldn't be leaving a review if the owner had tried to rectify the situation or at least called me in to look at my head instead of telling me to pour milk on my head. When I'm away at school, or Creative Cuts is closed, I am forced to settle for other places. Those commercial places that hire people off the streets if they can so much as wield a pair of scissors. You know the kind. Well, sixteen dollars and a butchered head later I always curse my inability to Apparate. This place is the only place I'll ever get my hair cut as long as I am a resident of the Shoals.
