Zane made the hair shorter but completely disregarded my other requests. And cut his sideburns at a 45° angle not even the same on both sides. I was STUNNED. $30 . His vibe was off to. when he called us back, he didn't come out and get us. He stayed around the corner and said I'm ready for you.. I have no pictures because I immediately went home and learned how to cut his hair myself. My hack job was better than what they did. I definitely feel like Zayn was just trying to see the most clients as possible not spend time on his work. We were there for 30-40 minutes total, 20 getting his haircut. we came in as one person was leaving another getting in the chair then we got in the chair and another immediately back in. I feel like that's obvious that he doesn't spend time on each client.

The booking site had multiple entries to choose from, but nothing specific to shaving heads. I also…read morewasn't going to select the hot shave option and a haircut and beard trim especially for a guy going bald paying $70 for that is just a little too pricey for me. To set the scene the waiting room is in the middle of the shop and 3 barbers were working. This barbershop claims a welcoming environment, but not one word was spoken to me until my barber showed up 3-4 minutes late to my appointment (I was there roughly 8 minutes prior to my appointment). Now to get into the haircut which wasn't a bad haircut I walked away looking decent. Master barber Marco stated he didn't have enough time to shave my head and he'd need me to select on the website haircut and shave for me to get that done. As a first time customer that's not really helpful or beneficial as I'm already in the chair and now I'm going into a haircut knowing I won't be getting what I expected. After about 17 minutes of him jamming the clippers into the side of my head and neck we finished and I paid with 9 minutes to spare. I'm fairly certain he could have made my experience and exceeded my expectations, but I'm not one to judge the ability of someone with their craft. It just seems like I could have received what I wanted if they truly were interested in providing excellent customer service. I don't think I will find it in me to try the other barbers based on this first experience.
