She asked me to pay for the products, but I don't feel like I should pay for products when my hair is 3 different colors and I now have to find someone else to redo it. We tried to call Megan, the owner, but she didn't answer her phone. 4 hours and I have to find someone to fix the color and cut it. I didn't even get a haircut during my 4 hours spent at the salon. I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away! Also, the water was cold when she rinsed the color out of my hair. Shouldn't your water be warm at least? I don't know how to fix this and every salon is closed on Sunday so I now have to go to work on Monday with hair that looks horrible and unprofessional. My advice to this salon is to have a seasoned hairdresser on staff to coach the new hairdressers. I understand when you're first starting out that you don't know as much as someone that's been in the profession as long. Help your new hairdressers so they don't create hair disasters and drive away clientele. What a disappointment and a waste of time. I would like a call from the owner and if not, I will reach out to her on Tuesday.
