My nails started cracking and bleeding within a week after the male owner did my nails. I went back to get his wife to do them, and he argued and got offended instead of apologizing. I had to wait months to come back to let my nails heal, and they had me wait over two hours just to tell me to find another nail salon. Horribly rude owner and wife. He took off what was left of my nails and they were paper thin. He left bits of dip powder on them, and that's how I left the salon. I will never go back again. read more

Very nice. I was accidentally charged twice but I think it will get resolved soon. Overall, they look pretty good but I don't think it was worth the $51 that I paid. Maybe $40. I got acrylic and gel but honestly I'm not complaining. I would have gave 5 stars if I hadn't gotten charged twice. I'll change my review once I get that money back. read more

first, i have went to t&d for YEARS and the only issue i had was fixed immediately, well today was a different story. usually the male owner does my nails and today he wasn't there so wife did them. i didn't notice anything to bad off until i got outside , NONE of my nails were the same size or shape and half of there were crooked at the top, so I went back in to talk to the lady and she IMMEDIATELY started yelling at me telling me there's nothing wrong and that i should've said something before hand. she was screaming so loud that bits of food were flying out of her mouth and she refused to fix them. im also not the type of person to let you scream at me but calling me a "b***h" because i wanted you to fix a mistake YOU made is out of hand. COMPLETELY unprofessional. i'm apparently not allowed back for talking to her the same way she was talking to me but they don't have to worry, i won't be back. especially when i paid $55 for this crap. read more

I was visiting Florence Labor Day weekend, and actually got the best pedi of my life. I was just off vacation sand walk-in in the sand a lot and this young lady wouldn't quit until my feet were smooth as a baby's bottom. I will be back every visit. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. From the time you walk in to the time you leave with bad nails the place was terrible. I had to use the restroom and they told me it was in the back and I could use it. On my way to the back, I noticed a room in the lobby full of toys and beds on the ground I guess for their children to play in. It was nasty. Then when I made it to the bathroom the door flung open and a little boy was coming out half naked. I was shocked. When you go to a nail place you want to relax and this was the opposite of that. I should have walked out then. I waited a little over 30 minutes and the lady started on my nails. At first they looked okay to me. I paid and left. Then I noticed everything wrong with them. A week later a nail chipped and my hair would get stuck up under the nail. I had dip so if you get dip you know this shouldn't happen after a week! I have no complaints about their skills with nails. I had a pedicure and full set and it was perfect. Sadly, one of the owners who is a woman, became unhinged and violently yelled at a young adolescent boy who appeared to be a relative. In front of all of her customers, she had no concern for anyone's comfort or well-being as she ranted like a tyrant being verbally abusive to this young man. This one on 15 minutes - half an hour; and she just got louder as the time went by. There were many other young children and workers around that had to endure this abuse. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my entire life. Not only will I never go back there, I will not recommend this place to anyone. CPS should probably be called if this woman thinks that this is a way that you should treat children, they probably should be removed from her care. I was absolutely horrified. read more

I only would go because of the color selection... I never liked my shape and the mans wife always seemed to be angry if I said something about the shape... I never paid over 50 for a full set with 5 colors, but the last time I went.. I got a short coffin set with one color and the owner hollered out 55$... The salon was very busy, but they got me to a pedicure massage chair as soon as one was available- I was a walk-in. And the young man who did my pedicure did a fantastic job! One girl was actually really sweet and tried to fix my design but I don't feel like they put a lot of effort into what they do. I came in at 5:15 pm when they closed at 7:00. There were only 3 people working. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come work on my nails. He immediately began prepping my nails for a full set. I politely told him I wanted gel. He had not asked what type of nails I wanted, he simply went to work. I wanted black, matte, gel nails. (See picture) The nails were not dry enough when I left and the matte top coat was not properly applied. Since this was my first time getting matte, I did not know to ask him to fix it. By far the best nail salon in Florence!! We were greeted by the owners who are very friendly and welcoming and they did a fantastic job!!

The young girl who did my pedi was really sweet and nice but she needs lots of training and practice. Worst pedi I've ever had. The color I chose was so thick that she put so much polish on my big toenails that it wasn't dry when I went to bed that night. She didn't polish in the corners of a couple of nails. Went back the next day for a redo and they didn't have that color. The redo had air bubbles by end of the day. Don't waste your money. read more

My gel polish peeled off one of my nails before the first week. I believe the gel was put on too thick. This has never happened with gel. My mom had a gel manicure as well and there were air bubbles in her polish. read more

This time I went and the older lady with the black hair did my nails. She was very rude and unprofessional. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. She didn't fill my nails in correctly with the nail polish. I asked her 5 times to please fill them in to the base of my nail, but she continuously brushed me off. She left residue and crust all around my nail bed and on my hands. My nails look as if a 2-year old did them! I will NEVER go there again. I see why they are always empty when I go.
