Awful. First of all when I first go there I was sitting and waiting and one of the ladies came up to me and grabbed my hand and I started talking to her trying to tell her about one of my nails that broke and she just walked away to look at someone else's nails when I wasn't even finished talking. Next the lady doing my nails didn't ask me what length I wanted at all (I normally do them longer) gave me very short nails and asked what shaped I wanted. I said almond and she gave me oval. Next the lady painting my nails did them very splotchy and left paint on the skin of my cuticle on almost all the nails. Lovely Nails (Florence, AL) is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They cater to who they want to and it shows! I used to go there all of the time until they started rushing EVERY SINGLE TIME I was in there. Now it's only gotten worse. Their attitudes are VERY bad and if I'm coming to spend my money with you and not causing any problems, I don't see an issue. I went in after I got off of work to get my toes painted, no pedicure or anything... already knew what color I wanted. A lady I've never seen before and wasn't familiar with came over and she confirmed what I wanted, I respond "Yes ma'am, regular polish.. nothing fancy" She sat there in confusion because she thought I had gel on my toes, I let her know it was indeed regular polish that I used at home but it has a gel look once it drys. She didn't seem to understand so I politely asked Paul (the owner) if he could come over so that she could better understand. He proceeds to cut me off mid sentence and say "NO! I'm not coming over there! I DONT DO YOUR NAILS! That's why I never do your nails! You're too picky!" I could have EASILY went from 1 to 1000 but instead I moved on to the next person. I wouldn't dare spend my money there again!!!!! If I had responded like I really should have, then I would've been in the wrong. Simply, Don't go here. I guess you get what you pay for because it's cheap but it is not good. My nails were left uneven, thin, and damaged. They left paint all over my hand and when I asked them to fix it they literally scratched it off with their own nails. Wow i'm shocked. The staff was rude and threw my hands around the whole time. First few times I have been they did good. They did my pedicure last time I went, and drilled off the gel polish I had. They drilled so hard, it left red marks in my toes on my nails. Almost drilled through my toe nails. The nail techs seem to be aggravated that people come in. Like their customers are an inconvenience? I typically only give good reviews and leave the negative ones alone but this deserves a review. I went to get my acrylics refilled and a fresh color. I showed the lady the mint green long nails. She refused to give me the color and when I told her it wasn't right she told me that the color she had was the correct color. After they were already painted I told her it wasn't right. She said she would fix them and put unicorn powder over it. The shape color and every thing was wrong but I didn't complain, at least I had fresh nails. My concern is throughout this entire process the lady jerked, pushed and yanked my arms and hands. Slammed my hands down. Shoved them up and was just extremely rude and rough. I would NEVER go back to this place all I wanted was my gel nails taken off and this is how they look a month after. Had my nails soaking in acetone for at least 25-30min! I went there for pedi and mani. I told the lady I wanted the same color on my toe nails as the lady beside me had that she just did and she didn't speak enough English to even understand me. Very poor job on my toenails. And when she did my nails , I had polish on my skin where she half painted them and wouldn't even tell me to go wash my hands after she filed them , just painted over all that dust. My hand were white from all that dust . I had to make her redo my toes and get the nail polish off my skin. She didn't apologize or anything. Extremely unfriendly. I will NEVER EVER return to this nail salon it was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. The young lady who did my nails made them crooked as could be, after I told her they weren't straight. When she got me to get up and wash my hands she looked at them and me and made an ugly face. Not only did she make them super crooked she obviously doesn't know how to use a nail drill properly!!! Comes to find out the lady that did my nails isn't even licensed to do nail!!!! My real nails are super thin now and as you can tell she drilled the skin around my finger nails10/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! The state board rated them a 0 because their filters and everything were not as clean as they should've been, you can get fungus infections since they don't clean it. All of these other reviews are COMPLETELY CORRECT. I am in town currently from Nashville and Went in today to get a dip manicure. This is the absolute WORST dip Set I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life. For one, it took probably 45 minutes before anyone even came over to me. She took MAYBE 15 minutes from start to finish, and I was left with dip ALL OVER my fingers/cuticles, the nails themselves are unbelievably chunky and uneven, and there was dried base powder all over my skin. Not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service and attitude. Save yourself the wasted money and go to Julie's. read more

I'd never go back. I had a pedi.She did clean the cuticle well. The clippers, cuticle tools, etc. are not sterilized individually. She did not use any kind of pumice stone to rough off my calluses. The massage was nice but she did not put warm towels over my legs afterwards. She did not wipe all the color off around the big toe. read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. An older lady did my gel set. They were shaped all different, the polish was uneven, and she didn't take it all the way to my cuticle. When I asked her to reshape them she rolled her eyes.
