Idk if that was the cause but I do know my hair still wasn't blonde and my scalp was bad. I get my roots bleached every 5 weeks now and no pain and I've never had that happen before, I've went blonde several times. I wouldn't be leaving a review if the owner had tried to rectify the situation or at least called me in to look at my head instead of telling me to pour milk on my head. I even spoke to a lawyer but because I went septic and was hospitalized the rest of the year, I never pursued it. I owned a business for years. This is not how u treat clients
