Oasis Botanical Lounge is a family-owned, cozy botanical lounge and gift shop. We have an assortment of unique hot and cold teas, coffees, functional mushroom coffee, chai, and matcha, and herbal mocktails with hemp and botanical add-ons. It's the perfect spot for those trying to get some work done, be creative, meet a friend, or take a peaceful moment to yourself. We also sell a variety of botanical beverages that can help with pain, sleep, anxiety, and depression and give you a general feeling of relaxation and euphoria.
We offer weekly evening events like live music, art shows, poetry and literature readings, sound baths, and speakers sharing their wisdom and passions with the community. We are an inclusive space built upon the principles of Bob Marley's message of One Love and kindness for all.
The Oasis is located in downtown Carrboro in the heart of Carr Mill Mall across from Sofia's. With its 14-foot ceilings, polished wood floors, handcrafted decor, large windows and double glass doors opening into the broad hallway, it is one of the most beautiful and uplifting spaces around.
In addition to tables and cushioned chairs and couches, there is seating on pillows on the floor of a raised-platform area to get extra comfy.
Free, secured WiFi. Free parking on the Harris Teeter or Weaver St sides of the mall. Please do not leave the Carrmill Mall premises while parked in the Carrmill lot. Thank you!
See you soon at Oasis Botanical Lounge!
History
Established in 2013.
The Oasis was born of a vision Robert has held for over forty years. He tried to start this same type of lounge and apothecary in various locations around the USA, but it never quite fit or the timing was off. It was perfect though because it drove him to do some amazing, profound work around the globe that has made him the well-rounded beacon of light he is today. Oasis sprung from truly divine timing to bring Robert back to Carrboro and provide a safe space for himself and others to share their wisdom, passions, and joy with the community.
