It's our anniversary weekend and we're forced to spend it like this? I almost went up there and knocked on the door myself out of frustration. Later on in the evening around 6:00PM, I called to complain again and spoke with Samantha. Now this is a real manager!!! She said that she went up there and heard for herself the ruckus they were causing. She then told me that if this continued, she would ask this guests to leave. The running and stomping stopped shortly afterwards. This year we have spent upwards of $40,000 with Yaamava and really enjoy coming to this casino. Had it not been for Samantha, my wife and I were planning to never come back and go to Morongo for our next outing. Good job Samantha, you retained a valued guests.
