Listen, do not I repeat, do not go to oasis to get any vehicles EVER! I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica from them in March of 2021(this year)Judy said everything was find with the car that it was safe and that the auto shop the works with(family auto) has done the work on it and it was fine all it had was cosmetic issues. She let us test drive it down the road it seemed to drive fine. We went inside signed papers she knocked some money off making it seem like we were getting a good deal(3000$)I swear to you as soon as I signed and got it down the road right pasted auto zone in Palatka the car stopped accelerating! even with it down to the floor then it popped and jerked rapidly forward. So I managed to pull it into a parking lot My husband had followed in my mothers truck. He started it back up drove it down a few roads and it seemed to stop. So I called Oasis and told Judy what happened and I understand we bought with cash, used as is but this was ridiculous! She told me to take it to family auto the next day so I did. The hook it up to their computer and say its reading the o2 sensors are bad and its running rich and that they had just changed the o2 sensors not long ago. I told them that didn't seem right because I have had cars before that the o2 sensors were back and it never did anything like this. That maybe it was a sensor but they wouldn't listen to me only what the computer said. so they end up changing the o2 sensors 2 more times and it still does the same thing and reads off the same codes. I bring up a sensor again and nope they don't wanna hear it they say oh it must be the PCM. So we wait 3 weeks for that part they put it in and what do you know it still messed up and it wasn't it. so now they don't know and need me to drop the car off for the week, so we do this 2 different times and were told they replaced a wiring harness and that should have fixed it. well I pick it up and it drives a little better still a bit laggy and doesn't sound great but was better still has the codes for o2 sensors and running rich and now the catalytic converter is coming up bad. So now I have more issues then what I had to start! So they tell me they don't know they can look again if I can drop it off for a week and I'm like umm no obviously they don't know shit. So we had to deal and drive it unsafe like that for awhile We then replace the catalytic converter and the fuel pump goes out and it wont start so I have it towed to TMT auto clinic in Interlachen. They fix the pump so it starts back up well I go to leave and it's still doing the most with the staling and jerking so I pull back up and I tell them( which I am not mad at them they fixed what they needed to) The guy there drives it and then take me for a drive in it and explains that what it's doing had nothing to do with the catalytic converter or the bad pump that has been going out since we bought it mind you. and that its something else and that they would try to look at it and dig before they closed and that he was so sorry but he would have someone drive me home because it was unsafe to drive and would feel bad if something happened to me and looked so sad that I have been having to drive it like this. So he comes back up to me and says that the computer wasn't putting anything out until he drove it for a while again and that i think he said it was running lean this time so like a smart mechanic he starts looking into thing that aren't showing up like family auto should have from the start and found that the throttle body sensor is not working and not registering so feels like that is it and it would explain everything I had going on! What's that? A sensor? hmmm....is that not what I told the Family auto! So stay away From Oasis and Family auto. Oasis Are lying , cheating, crooks and Family auto isn't good for anything other then oil changes! I am praying I get my car back today and it will run right for the for time since I bought it and run safely.
