I arrived at my appointment time and enjoyed a cup of coffee while relaxing. When I was done I went right in to begin my treatment. The whole experience was very personalized. Evelyn was great. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knows the parts of your body that need attention and is able to work through all the knots, tightness, and discomfort you may have. She also really takes the time to listen to you and work with what you really need. She's someone who truly has taken the time to master her craft and genuinely cares for her clients. Given how in demand she is, you'll need to schedule quite a bit in advance, and massages here are quite expensive, but believe me, it is well worth it. I still willingly drive over 45 minutes each way to see her because I could not find anyone else who can do what she can.

An individual, not a spa, was preferable to me, as I have not been very satisfied after trying some local big name franchises. At Massage Heals, there is only one person to take care of you, and it makes for a very special, individualized feeling. You will be pampered, and massaged, and every knot in your body will disappear. There are certain areas around shoulders and elbows that I never had massaged, and now I realized how important they are. This person knows what they are doing. And as a bonus, you will even get advice about massage and health in general. The location is in beautiful Mountain Lakes area, and the room is well decorated, to make you feel relaxed. The massage therapist is pleasant and professional.

The massages I've received here at Muse in Lake Hiawatha, always puts me to sleep. Just the right pressure and it was relatively quiet. I had some a snafu regarding an appointment I had placed weeks ago, but they worked it out. I went to the spa last week on 1-20-22 and got a mediocre massage. I was quite surprised and like some I've been to, they boggled me for money/membership. I'll give them another chance. In addition, I plan to inform the manager about my latest experience when I arrive for my next appointment. I'll update this review if anything changes.

That is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time and gas. If you don't honor coupons, make that clear upfront instead of misleading customers. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they fix their communication and customer service.
