Great massage and great price! I'll start out by saying looks can be deceiving.. Yes they use curtains instead of doors and it's no Depasquale as far as ambiance..However a couples massage for an entire hour for $120... you just can't beat that! They get in deep so if you don't like it too hard just tell them to go lighter in the beginning. They have unique techniques (yes some of them get in the table to really get in there on a better angle) and they do massage the sides of bum which I love because that's a neglected area that holds a lot of tension. Staff is always friendly and so far every time we have gone we have had great massages. Definitely give it a try! read more

There is definitely a language barrier. They don't understand English. I've gone 3 times and each time I ask that they only do my back. And 3 times they did what they wanted to do. The last time was awful, she kept pressing on my spine. I've had many messages and know they shouldn't do that. And a massage is supposed to be relaxing, how can you relax when they rush through the massage. read more

This is a no frills place that looks a little suspect from the outside, but our couples massage was phenomenal! I typically get a massage just a few times a year, but with the prices this low and the massage quality this good, we will make it a common occurrence! You pay upfront, are offered water, and are shown to a room that is enclosed by a curtain. They give you a few minutes to get undressed and hop into the table, but otherwise, the masseuse gets straight down to business. The massage was incredibly thorough, included bending legs into figure four to get to certain muscles, as well as a gluteal massage. They had a timer and didn't skimp on length of service. I have been so many establishments for deep tissue massages and this was one of the most awkward, uncomfortable experiences I have ever encountered. No one speaks English. No doors(only a drabby curtain) covering the doorway. The therapist didn't ask me ANY questions. She also exposed my of my butt then any therapist has ever exposed. I have had 2 massages there, one with Lilli and one with Coco. I have been getting massages for 45 years all around the world. It's amazing to me how good Sakura Spa is ---tucked away in a small very clean building in Succasunna NJ. It is easily one of the best I have ever been too. Extremely professional---I generally like deep tissue. If you say "very strong"-- you get very strong. If you say between medium and strong that is what you get. Very nice therapists---and the price is as low as it can be. I give a 45% tip and it is still lower than virtually any other massage place. I could not be more positive. read more

This massage was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. The whole experience was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. First of all, payment was taken before the service. Also, communication was very difficult as none of the employees spoke any English. When in the room, the entryway is a curtain, rather than a door, and the sheet over the massage bed is a towel that doesn't provides minimum privacy. Before getting on the table, the massage therapist did not communicate whether u should be face up or face down. When she came in she told me I needed to be face down, so I assumed she would provide me with a sheet so that I could roll over in privacy. Instead she told me to "get up" and handed me a towel that was not covering anything, leaving me completely exposed in front of 2 strangers. During the actual massage, she took off the towel that was supposed to be covering any body area not being massaged, leaving me completely exposed. The massage itself was painful and uncomfortable and she was inappropriately and invasively massaging my butt. The head massage consisted of her aggressively scratching my head. Overall, a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

So I stumbled upon this place while driving, saw their advertisement on yelp for a grand opening special on their massages. Decided to come in and check it out. I asked the guy if they had any availability and if they would honor the grand opening special posting on their yelp. They responded with "only if you have the paper coupon". Their prices are very reasonable however they're posting is very misleading, they came off very dishonest and I would not trust them. I mean, why bother posting if you're not going by your "special prices". They have only been open for 1 week, just not good business, good luck. Would never come here. read more

Disappointed. I called ahead if they did walk-ins, they said yes. We were coming from Montclair and we arrived an hour later. We walked in and the counter lady turned us down. She said that we needed an appointment. WTF?! She just told us earlier that they accepted walk-ins. She told us to come back 2 hours later, sorry not going to do that. Great experience. By the time I left, I forgot I was off a little store off the highway. A little oasis in suburbia. It recently opened - maybe a month now? Everything is brand new, dimly lit, relaxing, not much you can ask for at a spa. I have been to a Sakura Spa in Morristown and was pleasantly surprised that this is owned by the same people. Both my husband and I booked for an one-hour session based on the good reviews on Yelp. The place is clean and nicely setup. The service is attentive. Linda is very good. She knows where to put the pressure with enough strength. We enjoyed the message very much and extended the session for another 30-minutes. Terrible experience. I had an appointment for 11 in the morning for a foot reflexology. I had my coupon for $ 35 for a one hour treatment. When I entered the spa I was greeted by a woman who did not speak English. I told her my name and what I was there for and she mumbled something. I asked her to repeat it three times and I still could not understand her. I showed her my coupon for the $ 35 foot treatment and she pointed to a price on the wall menu. She pointed to a $ 45 treatment which was 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes back. I told her I did not want my back just my feet. She repeatedly pointed to the price menu.
