I was the first time customer and just assume that you give a 15 to 20% tip and it seemed like they were looking for more so there's plenty of other massage places out there.

Extremely disappointing and unethical experience with Elements Massage - Chester. My husband was a long-time member at the Morris Plains Elements Massage, which closed on 12/31. He had placed his membership on hold because he had 12 prepaid 90-minute sessions remaining. We spoke directly with the manager, who told us it was fine for me and our daughter to use the remaining sessions. Two sessions were used, leaving 10 prepaid 90-minute sessions (valued at well over $1,000). Since the summer, I repeatedly tried to book appointments. Calls went unanswered, the location was often closed, and I received messages saying someone would call me back which never happened. This went on for months. I have all these messages saved. I later learned the Morris Plains location had closed and was told the same owner and manager operates the Chester location. When I contacted Chester and explained the situation, I was told that all sessions had to be used by December 31st. I was never notified of this, no email, no call, no letter, despite them having no problem charging us

She is very professional and knowledgeable at her craft. She is able to blend many types of reflexology into one session, giving you the biggest benefit. I had been one 3 different antibiotics for a sinus infection without any help from them. I saw Meg one time, and after this session, I was able to breathe again two hours later. She is very gentle and you can tell she loves her profession. I also have never experienced such a deep relaxation as I did after my session with her. I can't wait to go back!!! Definitely see her!!

Thanks to Meg, my husband & I are having our first baby in August!…read more I have been going to Meg's Reflexology for years. Initially, I went because it was a great way to relax and do something good for my body. A little over a year ago, my purpose changed. My husband & I wanted to get pregnant. I have some factors that make it more difficult for a women to get pregnant: hypothyroidism, PCOS, and a higher BMI. Due to these factors, I wanted to do what I could to be successful and my first thought was, MEG! I knew that reflexology was more than just a nice foot massage and after sharing my concern about fertility with Meg, she discussed what she could do for me. Not only did she carefully discuss how reflexology can help, she went above and beyond and gave me at home, homeopathic strategies that were known to aide in conception. I would get reflexology right before I was supposed to ovulate and low and behold, the second time around I found out that I was pregnant. Unfortunately, my first pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage. As soon as my body was ready for round two, I contacted Meg. (drum roll please)....I got pregnant right after my reflexology treatment with Meg and now my husband and I are expecting our first baby in August! I wholeheartedly feel that it was reflexology that helped me conceive. The motto in my house is, "It takes more than a sperm, It takes more than an egg, IT TAKES MEG!" In addition to her obvious skills and knowledge as a Reflexologist, she is a wonderful, warm person that makes you feel comfortable and calm. She is truly passionate about what she does and you can sense that in your sessions with her. Meg's office is clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether you are going to relax or to address a medical issue (like fertility), it is time and money well spent!!!!!! I am so thankful for her and what she has done for me over the years!

Clean, quiet, and private rooms with soothing music playing. The lady behind the reception desk is very warm and nice, presumably the owner. I like that this place is open early and late and appears to be well staffed. I tried to make an appointment at Elements in New Providence and they wouldn't have anybody available that could do deep tissue until noon and only seemed to have men that do deep tissue when I prefer a female therapist. My therapist, Angela, applied just the right amount of force and obviously is well skilled, identifying problem areas on her own and focusing exactly where I have been experiencing chronic pain in my left shoulder lately. They offer package rates and discounts and really do offer a nicer facility that is better staffed with authentic and skilled Chinese massage therapists for comparable pricing. Walked in on a whim; Thursday, nearly noon. The kind of decision you make when your back's tight and the world's been punching you in the spine for days. Parking? Cheap and easy, if you ignore the threatening signs about reserved spaces. Inside, it's clean. Warm. Calming, in that no-BS kind of way. A couple of chairs, soft music, and a faint hum of Mandarin chatter floating through the air like incense. Ami had good hands. No machines. No gimmicks. Just hot stones and pressure. Didn't ask how hard or soft I wanted it, just dove in. Transitions were clunky. Gloves were odd. And taking phone calls mid-massage? Not exactly the stuff of five-star luxury. Still, there was something endearing about it. Real people. Hustling. Doing their best. No aromatherapy. No plush robes. But it wasn't trying to be a Shangri-La. It was trying to get you through the damn week. Would I go back? Maybe. When I want something raw, real, and just enough human kindness to keep me going. This place won't blow your mind, but it just might unknot your shoulders.
