When you walk-in in the store it looks very nice and big. As you head to spa it is very relaxing, clean and cozy. 2nd star: Welcoming personnel. The staff is very attentive, nice, helpful and not pushy. Before treatment they offer you a cup of tea and chocolate. After treatment they give you a nice bottle of water to go. 3rd star: Treatment. I had an appointment with Jodie, she is very experienced and sweet person. Very personal approach. I really enjoyed my treatment. Massage of face, neck, shoulders and hands was very relaxing, just what I needed after days at school and at work. 4th star: Products. There is a lot of very good products at the store from simple to luxury, you can definitely find anything for yourself. He had placed his membership on hold because he had 12 prepaid 90-minute sessions remaining. We spoke directly with the manager, who told us it was fine for me and our daughter to use the remaining sessions. Two sessions were used, leaving 10 prepaid 90-minute sessions (valued at well over $1,000). Since the summer, I repeatedly tried to book appointments. Calls went unanswered, the location was often closed, and I received messages saying someone would call me back which never happened. This went on for months. I have all these messages saved. I later learned the Morris Plains location had closed and was told the same owner and manager operates the Chester location. When I contacted Chester and explained the situation, I was told that all sessions had to be used by December 31st. I was never notified of this, no email, no call, no letter, despite them having no problem charging us
