Rob and his team were very kind, attentive, and supportive through the process. Some funeral homes deprioritize cremation since they generate less revenue than other services, but Rob made us feel welcomed and comfortable in our choice of cremation and a simple urn without additional services. He shepherded us attentively through the whole process and got Mom's ashes back within a few days, along with the death certificates. The attention to detail was very professional and exactly what we needed when moving through our loss even as Rob and his team members were personal and kind.
