we of course were dealing with the death of a family member so we're not in the best frame of mind. so the lack of attention to detail and the failure to follow up with us on details of the process was quite appalling. we do not live in town and were very time constrained to get things accomplished and this place was not willing, or maybe able, to move at the pace we needed. the cremation did not happen quickly enough and the remains had to be shipped across the country to us. the whole experience was quite traumatic and upsetting. I hope to never experience something like this again, but the least we would have wanted was competence, which was sorely lacking. read more
