She explained their Simply Cremation process and everything we needed to do, answering all my questions. We we're able to complete the required paperwork electronically and without having to go into the funeral home. They took care of transportation for our son and handled the whole process quickly. Even though we were out of service area they arrived promptly. The staff were all professional from pick up of deceased to return or urn. we of course were dealing with the death of a family member so we're not in the best frame of mind. so the lack of attention to detail and the failure to follow up with us on details of the process was quite appalling. we do not live in town and were very time constrained to get things accomplished and this place was not willing, or maybe able, to move at the pace we needed. the cremation did not happen quickly enough and the remains had to be shipped across the country to us. the whole experience was quite traumatic and upsetting. I hope to never experience something like this again, but the least we would have wanted was competence, which was sorely lacking. read more
