When you set the appt they give you a designated day and time frame as to when they will be there, but then on the day of the pick up they texted me 2 hrs prior to being there with a more exact time of when they will show up. That extra benefit gives most people enough time to just leave work and meet them pretty easily without needing to take a half day off and just sit and wait for 4-5 hours without knowing when they will actually show up.
