Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

I initially enrolled online and pay my invoices online but for the past couple months when I log in I cannot get to my account and despite various password resets that I never get in my email, I have not been able to rest my password. I tried signing up again, says user already exists. I called customer service, spent an hour after which they told me their system is slow for some reason & they will contact me back. Never did. Service is also below par because the tech comes and is gone is flash. We still have insect problems. Tech wants me to vacate while he is spraying, so I have no way of verifying is he's detailed inside the house even when I leave every door & closets open for him. He goes around the house so quick that I spot the spider webs he didn't get to after he leaves. If I point to something for him to address he seems offended and responds that he knows. There are plenty of Pest Control companies out there. Nothing special about Clarks. Would not recommend.

A few days after we met and I signed the contract, the team came out to remove old roof debris left over from a recent reroofing, removed our home's original insulation, and installed fresh batt insulation in both the attic and crawlspace. They also added rodent proofing throughout the attic while they were at it. About a month later we heard critter noises, so I texted them and they came out to inspect. He didn't find anything in the traps but reset them to be safe. Sure enough, something took the bait because we heard it go off! Jose came back shortly after and discovered 2 mice (thankfully no rats), found a gap where the roof met the garage and sealed it up. He ran an ozone generator as a precaution for any smells. A couple weeks after that we heard faint sounds again. Jose returned, found one more entry point, sealed it, and since then there's been total silence! I really appreciated how thorough and persistent they were even after the job was technically done. Solid team, fair price, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend Attic Kings!

Not only did Attic King give me the best bid, they went way above and beyond to coordinate the work with me, as I live out of the area. The communication was always prompt, and all my questions were answered with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. On the first day the crew worked an extremely long day removing all the old insulation and ducting, completely cleaning and sanitizing the attic, and installing all new ducting. They sealed every entry point they could find where rodents were getting into the attic . Then they laid traps and waited several days to come back and make sure no more rodents were getting in before they blew in the new insulation. Throughout the entire job, their representative Ofek kept me informed of progress and included pictures at each stage of the job. In an era when Customer Service seems to be a dying art, it's nice to know there's a company that puts the customer first and backs it with excellent workmanship.
