I have had the misfortune of having the absolute worst experience with 2 of the agents I have worked with at this specific office. These are the only two people I have hired from this office ever, and they were both equally unprofessional. They were childish, incompetent, and rude! Even working on the other end of a deal is a headache with the realtors at this office. Just as a word of advice, you are better off traveling to Rockwall, where most offices seem to care about their clients, or finding another local office. It seems this office doesn't make client satisfaction a priority
