Who doesn't love libraries?!…read more This library is our favorite! It is kept clean, organized, and have a wide variety of children's books to choose from. Staff and volunteers are always helpful. As other libraries, this branch also offer self-checkouts and easy drop offs. They they also offer automatic extension for borrowed items and you can also put books on hold if you are waiting on a specific one. I also had a privilege of using one of the conference rooms with other mom friends to help our kids with their homework. Parking is ample and is located in downtown Brentwood, so you can also shop, eat, play and walk around after. If you also want to support the library, one way is to check out their second hand books on the second floor or donate books as well.

I went on a random weekday and within 5 min of the library opening and they had no more rooms! It also gets kind of loud and I had to sit outside for a quieter environment. It was such a good feeling to be a part of something that feeds, warms, and builds community. it was nice to have a few little kids say hello and see my guitar, and smile, I hope that we can all try and create moments like these that make our local world brighter. It is a small one floor library but has an open space for Reading and study areas. There is a good…read morespace little kids to read books and check out books. There are no closed door rooms for a study area. All that is in the open. That was the only thing I didn't like. The Place was very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Come in the morning if you want to get some quiet time and work down. Anytime after 3pm school kids will be out and it gets pretty loud in the small spaces. Overall it is a good place to visit and rent books and movies. Also I love the new updated version of self checkout. Plus in case you get hungry it's a taco spot right in the same building. Haven't tried the taco spot yet though.

My daughter is an avid reader and I had a whole library at home. She is graduating soon from UC Davis so it is time to donate her books! I contributed many books and they look brand new as she was meticulous with her prized possessions! So kids go get your FREE books at the Little Library and you can return them when you are through for others to enjoy or keep them I believe if you so desire! Thank you to this teacher for doing this for the community! And there are many schools nearby of all grade levels that can drop by to select some books! Very nice, helpful, engaging staff. Free wifi(no password required) and several computers available for use, plus printers (10¢/page printed). Access to books, video, audio, and magazines from the entire Solano County library system. Books/Audi/video Can even be searched for and reserved, online from your home. Lots of books for sale Very Cheap (like 50¢) through "Friends of the Library". I only wish they were open Sundays, too!! (..and maybe longer hours ;-)
