Who doesn't love libraries?!…read more This library is our favorite! It is kept clean, organized, and have a wide variety of children's books to choose from. Staff and volunteers are always helpful. As other libraries, this branch also offer self-checkouts and easy drop offs. They they also offer automatic extension for borrowed items and you can also put books on hold if you are waiting on a specific one. I also had a privilege of using one of the conference rooms with other mom friends to help our kids with their homework. Parking is ample and is located in downtown Brentwood, so you can also shop, eat, play and walk around after. If you also want to support the library, one way is to check out their second hand books on the second floor or donate books as well.

It can get loud afterschool but security does a good job stepping in if it gets to be too much. Staff are kind and flexible with kids too which is so nice to see. They have great resources for kids and adults such as computers, puzzles, toys and pretend play area.

I really love that they have a little play center which they organize like: post office, veterinary, grocery, doctor, etc along with things to use imaginative play! They have many different interactive toys, computers for children to learn while "playing" & I enjoy the events they hold for children. She (Maria Campbell - LMC Welding Instructor) / lacks to provide adequate welding material saying "you're just going to have to make due." in addition she criticizes and doesn't correct or give adequate explanations on how to do something, everything is rushed and half assed, the amount of student to teacher time in the shop is at most 5 minutes / this is without constant pressure from a student asking for help and to be given an example. In addition, she penalizes students who have to leave early when they have work early AM the next morning. Never in my 5 semesters have I heard or been told by a professor "welcome to the real world." In response to me letting her know I would be leaving at around 8:30pm due to me having to be up at 04:45am the next morning. Im extremely disgusted and disappointed with how she conducts, handles, speaks, and teaches, she lacks knowledge of the field and does not have enough time under her belt to be a adequate welding professor. My daughter is an avid reader and I had a whole library at home. She is graduating soon from UC Davis so it is time to donate her books! I contributed many books and they look brand new as she was meticulous with her prized possessions! So kids go get your FREE books at the Little Library and you can return them when you are through for others to enjoy or keep them I believe if you so desire! Thank you to this teacher for doing this for the community! And there are many schools nearby of all grade levels that can drop by to select some books! And it is a cool place which looks like a little forest with chairs with towering pine trees- you can let your imagination run wild! Very peaceful!

Very nice, helpful, engaging staff. Free wifi(no password required) and several computers available for use, plus printers (10¢/page printed). Access to books, video, audio, and magazines from the entire Solano County library system. Books/Audi/video Can even be searched for and reserved, online from your home. Lots of books for sale Very Cheap (like 50¢) through "Friends of the Library". I only wish they were open Sundays, too!! (..and maybe longer hours ;-)
