Right when I moved in there was a leak at the washer hook ups that messed up all my shoes I brought with me and warrped the door frame so I couldn't shut my door for months. Paint peeling off the walls in some areas of the trailer the towel holder in my wall came off they have fixed some of it but cause it was half assed and rushed this is what I'm dealing with now! (Photos)! My carpet ripped up when my mom was cleaning it. The stuff around my doors inside are literally coming off with exposed nails which is unsafe with my son being here. The kitchen drawers have completely fallen apart and everything is falling out of them and now my water in the bathroom won't shut off! I'll add that video in the comments. My neighbors across the street from me have also said there stuff was rushed and half assed her husband who is in maintenance had to go behind them and fix so much

Since then, we've made multiple attempts to follow up with Dexter. We've called, left voicemails, and the only response we've received for him are vague promises like "we'll try to get there this weekend," with no follow-through. It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating, and we're still waiting for the work to be finished. Very disappointed in the follow-up and reliability. Would not recommend.

Update on previous review: 1. He did come back and do the…read morewood replacement for my mom's shed. All pieces were not replaced so only infected pieces were. 2. We were able to agree on a reduced price due to some plumbing issues. He had broken a pipe under the home, he fixed that but an issue was still there with pressure for just the hot water. Mom will call a licensed plumber to fix. 3. He did clean up the infected debris and sweep up off her carport and take it away. This was not written in contract. She assumed it was part of job- and it would have been if other issues over written contract were not already in dispute. 3. Overall- the work was done and cleaned up. I appreciate his willingness to discuss issues with me and come to an agreement.

This morning Christian and Angel were here early and did a great job on both buildings. The shed required all new supports and anchoring as well as being raised high enough to see under....no more critters! They are friendly, polite and cleaned up the job site better than they found it. They were also careful to not drive over endangered plants or gopher tortoise burrows. This is the second time we've used Central FL Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring and the second time we've been happy with the results.
