The public spaces are always clean and the staff always super friendly. They have a bar/restaurant that serves your standard offerings which when in a hurry is super helpful. The rooms however have seen a steady aging that are in need of serious updating. Interiors doors don't close all the way. Toilets bolts are often loose causing a rocking motion if not careful. During a current stay, the pair of reading lights didn't work, and the light switch by the door had black tape over it. The rooms are the truest definition of basic. Not exactly sure what's going on here but the rooms need attention.

I cannot actually believe this is a Hilton Hotel…read more First, one elevator doesn't work The other is super sketchy - when you push the button the other button would tell you communication error constantly would take you to a floor that wasn't even selected and send you back down to one Hotel staff that got on once said you have to keep pushing the floor you want button - sorry It also shook and rattled severely as it was landing on floor 1 The phone in my room didn't work nor did the phone outside the elevator on the floor; my cell phone would not work no matter how I dialed the number for room service so I had to go downstairs and order my food to go They were out of chicken tenders for my kid so I had to get a burger which you know how kids are The digital key never worked and even my room key wouldn't open but 2 doors around the property despite key pads being there I can say it's a nice property for pets besides only 2 doors working with the keys but they did have poop bags & trash cans but the beds were too tall for my dog to jump on so he slept on the floor which stressed him a little Staff was nice but for $600 for 2 nights including pet deposit wasn't worth overwhelming odor of Fabuloso so strong you can smell it everywhere - even outside - gave me a headache I will say on a positive note that I love the showers - nice little corner shelf at bottom for propping foot on for shaving legs Very convenient to shopping and restaurants Great coffee in lobby (Keurigs in rooms are so slow)

I hired her to take pictures for my website. I spent a fair amount of time with preparation…read moreincluding professional make up and hair for my staff. When the pictures came back the quality of the shots were spotty. Some of them were fine but head shots of me were in particular very amateurish in appearance. I have taken better pictures with my cell phone. We called to have the pictures retaken and were told it would cost another $50 in addition to the $450 already paid. The $450 did not include anything but digital images. We went to a different location and repeated the photos with the same disappointing result. I then received an email from Ms. Brent that basically blamed me for the poor photos. It was unprofessional. Her work is marginal.
