Go elsewhere. Prices are not listed. You have to do your own investigation as to the issues the vehicle has, yet if you have a trade in they ask what is wrong with your vehicle. Was given a price for our trade in with stated payment. Went in next day to do the deal. They reneged on the entire agreement that was stated the day before. Asking for 16,000.00 for a 11 year old car with extremely high mileage. They will tell you that they 7points that are included in the price like towing, limited warranty on limited items, a rental car that they will still bill you for and it just goes on. Purchased a truck on March 19th, 2021. I haven't had it even 2 months and already have a cracked radiator. Warranty won't cover it because I'm 3000 miles over their mileage warranty. SMH.... Absolutely horrible customer service at the Anderson & East Indy locations. I would not recommend Oak Motors to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE Over priced lying scam artists. I have already contacted a ATTORNEY over this matter filing a lawsuit very soon. If you can do the math you pay every day for interest and it is more then they say. if you figure $8.80 a day and that's what I am being charged a day and if your contract is 196 weeks. you do the math $8.80 a day X 7 = 61.60 a week x 196 payments equals $12,073.60 and it should be little over 8,000 dollars.. BEWARE this company will get you in the door and sell you a car then screw you in the end. you have to purchase there warranty to cover it so it will fet fixed. then half the stuff they wont cover on the warranty, I would rather take my car to a dealership so it get fixed right the first time... read more

Overpriced lying scam artists. They lied to me about how long my lease was for. Before I figured that out, I referred someone to them. Of course we never got our referral money because shortly after, our salesman quit. They sold me a piece of crap vehicle, engine had to be replaced within a month. It took me about 4 times to realize, anytime you take your vehicle into the service, the mechanic damages something else on your car. You pick up your vehicle, notice a new problem, and likely get your car worked on there again, because you can add repairs to your weekly payments. I know 3 other people they did this to. I have had the worst service and experience with oak motors of anderson. I have purchased and upgraded vehicles through them for a total of 4 different vehicles. When it came to this last vehicle I was behind but it was due to my client falling and shattering their hip and they ended up in the hospital them the nursing home for rehab for couple months when they got out it was the begin of October 2013 let you keep in mind I would keep oak and indiana finance informed every week of my situation and what I was trying to do to get myself caught up. They said they would work with me but when it came down to them repo my vehicle they said then that they would not work with me any longer and I was only behind a partial payment. to me they lie and do not care about their customers that are trying to pay and let the ones that go months of not pay I no and ignoring phone calls and they still get to keep their vehicles sounds shady to me. Here I am a honest hard working young woman who works two jobs and goes to school to support my family and needs a reliable vehicle, but gets treated like dirt and disrespect. I can honestly say that I will not recommend them to anyone. they are unprofessional to me and they give a bad name to car dealers who actually care about their customers. read more

Run from this place!! We had purchased a 2008 Equinox and had paid less than 1 year on it when the engine blew! We had all verification and proof of oil changes only to be denied the warranty because of credibility. We will never buy here again and I'd hate to see someone else out there experience the same. My husband had another bad experience with another vehicle before we were married. Similar situation. He had his vehicle for a year and computer sensor issues started and the vehicle actually shut down at a stop light. Thankfully he was able to get it running again and traded it before anymore issues. Just be aware.....you get what you pay for. This company has been reported to the BBB. read more

Oak motors-- Where to begin. When we arrived at the location it took two hours to get approved, then another three hours to get the paper work done. Then you have to have ATLEAST four references for each person on application. Once we recieved the car, we noticed within twenty-four hours that it had issues. We are still working on getting them fixed and its been OVER a month!! We have made four trips to get it fixed only to find out that we have to make ANOTHER trip this week... Bottom line it doesn't matter how BAD your credit is, this place is HORRIBLE!!!! Dont waste your time.... read more

Oak Motors states in their commercials that they puts you in the car you want, this is a lie. When we went to Oak Motors in Dec. 2012 they put us in a car we didn't want. However, Oak Motors was fully aware we needed a second vehicle so we could both get back and forth to work. Since obtaining the Hyundai 2002 we have taken it back to their facility to have only 2 tires replaced on the rear of the vehicle (when all 4 needed to be replaced have also replaced the headlight on the right side and something to do with the fuel system. We have also replaced a CO2 sensor aprox.30 days ago. Now the check engine light came back on again today. We took the vehicle to O'Reillys to be tested again and again the CO2 sensor is supposed to be bad. When we went to Oak Motors we were trying to get a 13,000.00 car on their lot in Anderson, but the stated we could only get an 11,000.00 car because that is what we're paying for a 2002 Hyundai. Do your self a favor do not go to Oak Motors for any vehicle. Most of the their vehicle if not all are problem vehicle from someone else that they go and buy at a auction and resell the junk to you. read more

Horrible and dishonest. I went in stating all I could afford down. Was told no problem. Then waited for hours for them to try and sell me a tiny car that I stated in beginning I did not want. Finally after hours they got me to agree to make extra payments to add to down payment to get me in a 2005 envoy. At first look seemed to be a better options. The whole time salesman had attitude. Now after more time he comes back with I need a co signer. So again I did what they asked and got co signer. We couldn't finish paper work because I had to get to work after spending hours there. On day off asked salesman if he could pick me up so I can finish paper work since I only lived 6 miles away. As I waited outside I hear a horrible noise coming down the street. And yes he was picking me up in the envoy I was buying. He says he must of got belts wet and had them check it out. He didn't tell me the problem they found. I had to ask. Alternater belts needed tighten. I spend few more hours sign papers without my co signer there to sign and drive away. Something still not right with envoy so I left it parked and took back less the 48 hours later adding only 12 miles on it. Explained something wrong with motor. It got so bad you could smell it. All the dealer wanted to do is put me in the car I explained I have no desire to drive and pay with interest close to 18 thousand for. Dealer would not work with me. Tried to strong arm me to take the envoy. Luckily my co signer was on contracts but didn't sign because they had no valid sign contract. Asked about my deposit and was advices since I drove it 12 miles they are going to keep it. Do not do not no matter how bad your credit is go to Oak motors. They really don't care about putting you in reliable car or on you can afford. They are only looking to dump there poorly run vehicles on you and have you pay for it highly read more
