I've had to call once this year as they seem to miss approx 10-20 feet on each side of my yard approaching the neighbors so I have heavy weed coverage. They had a manager call me and assure me it would t happen this time. Well they weee scheduled to come out today and when I called they said they didn't see my appointment.
