Very knowledgeable and his crew was professional. Tim built a stone patio and fixed some drainage issues. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with Tim's work and professionalism. He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and did exactly what I asked him to do.

Absolutely poor communication + poor service - do not use…read more I contacted Agape to do some aeration for reseeding this fall for a small lawn front and back. Their communication was slow to respond and often kept trying to up-sell me on doing a sod installation for thousands of dollars. I typically reseed myself and hire someone to do the aeration. I was going to treat myself this year and have someone reseed for me after aeration. I specifically asked for a scalp mow prior to aeration in my correspondence with them. I was quoted a higher price than most folks off of Nextdoor by a couple hundred dollars but figured I'd give them a try since their reviews were pretty solid. Aeration and scalp mowing is usually around $150-$200 for most smaller yards as the current going rate. They listed their aeration as "double aeration" (it wasn't). Once they came out their crew did not scalp mow ( which means they are laying seed to compete with what's already on the ground) the only aerated half the spots that I was quoted for. I had to visually scour the yard to see any seed that had been applied. A truly poor execution for the price. I spent the entire weekend going back over their work and putting down seed and fertilizer and covering the seed with pete moss. They also had listed putting down starter fertilizer and straw on bare patches in their quote, but they didn't do either. It appears anything that was put down was by hand and not using a spreader for any of the seeding. I was truly shocked that their level of quality and what it was billed for at twice the going rate, and worse than the people I've used off Nextdoor. an absolutely terrible level of service. I will not being using them again.

Something has changed with this company recently. I've used Dr. Sprinkler in the past for a lot of…read morework and had a great experience over the years. They had previously repaired leaks, rebuilt my valve manifold, rebuilt my backflow, replaced valves, replaced broken heads, backflow testing, etc. Those previous experiences were quick, done well, and competitively priced. For my latest work request, I was looking to add two sprinkler heads to an existing zone (2x Hunter I-20 rotors) about 20 feet from the nearest respective heads. Dr. Sprinkler was my first call, and my experience was nothing like previous ones. The tech showed up, met with me briefly, sketched the location of the new heads and left. I received an invoice for $212 that only covered generating the estimate. I was aware that a service charge would be included in the initial visit, but expected the included initial labor fee to include more than just generating an estimate. Three business days passed and I had to ask for the actual estimate to be provided. They sent it over promptly after I asked, but the 'parts' cost for the two heads and pvc materials was listed at $738. The labor was a separate line item for 3 man hours, and was priced reasonably. I'm no irrigation expert, but I know these heads retail at about $25 each and PVC material is a couple of bucks per foot. Fittings are less than a dollar. Previous work done by the same company had charged $38 per rotor for the same I-20 head. I fail to see where the other $650 is going as it relates to parts. If you choose to go with this company for irrigation work, I can say that they do good work, but beware that you will be charged over $200 for an estimate and the estimate they give you could have extreme price gouging on parts.
