Multiple staff members have ignored me while standing around talking to each other, and when I finally asked for help, they seemed annoyed and uninterested. The staff in the greenhouse, in particular, were especially unwelcoming and would not even look up to say hello or ask if I needed assistance, even when I was standing just a few feet away. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone. I would gladly drive twice the distance to visit another nursery in the future.

Great prices for a nice mimosa or beer to enjoy while shopping and you get to keep the cute cup. The staff were all extremely helpful and guided me through their greenhouse helping me find things that suited my needs. They had a private party in a room off to the side that is semi-private. I could see a bit and it was very cute and a nice size for hosting. There were not many plants outside on the front and the greenhouse was nicely stocked but not full. So some may consider the selection a bit small, but it was still nice. They had tons of beautiful pottery and lots of supplies to also choose from. The prices on some of the plants seemed high for other places in the area I've seen the same or similar. I would definitely come back!

I love to garden but do not have a designers mind. Her designs have interest year round with beautiful fall colors, winter having enough evergreens to make it look good when everything else is gone and of course spring/summer is gorgeous. If you have existing plants you want to keep, Susan can put those in the plan and integrate them with everything else. Susan is super responsive and has a great, respectful crew for installation. At this house they also installed a drip system to help get the plants settled in. We had a massive swing set in the backyard with gravel under it. They dug the gravel out and brought in amendments - 10 years later it looks wonderful. You won't regret working with Susan!

I especially love their houseplant selection, I have nearly 100 different houseplants and many of them came from here including a bunch of carnivorous plants, my favorite being butterwort and drosera. They probably have one of the best tropical and houseplant selections within a few hundred miles. My girlfriend and I often go together and spend $300 each per trip. Their outdoor plant selection is even bigger. They don't have very many aquatic plants but they do carry a few. I usually buy a ton of perennials for my yard and front garden each year and a few annuals. The one thing I will not buy here is trees. Their trees are quite a bit over priced and they don't stand behind them. We spent a few thousand dollars on trees last year, many of them $100+ each and we had about 20% of them die within a year. For paying that much more and having no warranty, you are better off going almost anywhere else. And they will not cut you a deal if you want to buy a bunch to line a driveway or fence line like Adcock's and some other nurseries will. The only time I've had them give me a deal is if they've had something sit for a year or more. They have a great selection of pots and statues as well and they are also premium priced. I sometimes get one or two here if I see something unique and cool but mostly I buy that stuff elsewhere. They have a great rare area, most of that stuff is in the main building where the restroom and bird supplies are. As it would be anywhere else, that stuff is expensive but you can get plants that you won't see anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful. Brianna is a favorite as she posts new items in a local FB group highlighting all the cool new plants coming in.
