Second time I've been here and the service is even worse than the first. Came in at 3 pm, very few people in the restaurant. Sat at the bar with dirty plates and glasses scattered all over it. Received absolutely no acknowledgement from the bartender. A party of two walked in after me and she greeted them immediately and took their drink order. Yesterday I went to pickup an order, I thought I had ordered online . They couldn't find it. After checking my phone, I had failed to hit the Continue button at the end. Went there for the first time and last time. The first thing I noticed was the very loud ambient sound, more on that later. The place looked nice and was welcomed not quite right away but cold have been better. We were given wrist bands (not large enough for a mans wrists to pour our beer and ourselves) 48 beers to select from. There was a wide variety with the description of the beer on the display screens. Kinda odd they did not have a tap list you could review before going up to the wall of people and beer and try to read the details of the beer, not ideal! The beer flows fast and I saw a few people over pour and foam everywhere! Not sure if you can have staff pour and deliver to the table or you are forced to pour yourself. By the time you pour your own and get through the line the group at our table thought we left! I would say the average cost of a pint is $8.80. They display the cost per ounce. We ordered a Fun Guy pizza and a Classic Rubin. The pizza was a 3 on a scale of 10. Greasy, and very little cheese, crust was more of a cracker than a thin crust pizza and for $14.50 could have been a much better. The Rubin was ok, bread was really greasy and the sandwich assembled with a pile in the middle of the sandwich, not spread evenly on the bread at all, almost like they used a scoop to pile it all in the middle. THE SOUND. I had a calibrated decibel meter in my car. I figured I would see how loud it was, and was astonishment the sound on the patio with only half for the table filled was up to 106 dB!! and averaged 89dB for the time we were there. I spent last week staying In Estero for work and found Oak and Stone for the first time. The food, service and ambiance were next to none. So, I kept coming back every night until I flew home. Erin and Mayson were my bartenders/servers. They were both very personable, kind, informative about every item I asked about as well as the company history. The other employees I interacted with were also very kind and welcoming. It's now one of my favorite restaurants and can't wait to come visit again soon. read more

First time at O&S for happy hour - loved it. Our drinks (beer flights off the wall and rum punch) were excellent! The bourbon sauce chicken wings and Bavarian pretzel strips were also excellent! Wow just wow. The food is amazing - we loved it so much that we not only came for dinner but came back for lunch on our way to the airport. Service spectacular- friendly and fast. Happy hour is a great deal and is from 2-6pm. Pizza is high quality. Pickle fries are to die for. Spinach dip yummy. And let's not forget the unique beer wall. I would just like to share our Veterans Day experience. It was a beautiful day, so we chose to sit outside on the patio. Our server, Miah, could not have been any better. She first greeted my husband and our friend with a "Thank You" for their military service and then proceeded to tell us about the special they were offering for FREE to all military people; which was a cheese or pepperoni pizza!!!! The pizza and the Rueben (which I had) were delicious. Miah was attentive and met our wants and needs during our dining visit. We absolutely love this place and the food is always consistent. Miah is a great server along with a great asset to the restaurant. read more

What an awesome concept with such delicious food! Found this place on Yelp after leaving the Miromar Outlets at 8pm and decided to check it out with the family. The beer wall is so cool! You get a bracelet and then pour your own beers. You pay for what you pour and can get as little or as much as you want from each beer. The food was so delicious too. We had the tuna poke bowl and the farmer and pig pizza and both were sooooo good! The kids really enjoyed their pizzas too! Definitely will visit again when we're back in the neighborhood! read more

Food is ok, but the real zinger is the $20 personal pan pizza they delivered, buyer beware there's a reason they don't have pizza sizes on the menu.... Ate here today. Didn't have the beer wall but my husband did. It can add up. But he did enjoy the more expensive one. We enjoyed the hummus appetizer and bbq wings. We ordered 3 different pizzas. OUTRAGEOUS! $62!! Then you add on the convenience of having it delivered, which I do understand, of another $22 dollars with tip. Definitely not worth it. First time here. Place was kinda cool with the beer wall. Food was good. I gave it 3 stars because as soon as we sat down, the waitress dropped and broke 4 glasses of water into my lap. It was an accident, which I don't blame her. Manager was helpful making sure I was ok and gave me a towel to dry off. For the entire meal, sitting in the air conditioning with my clothes and shoes wet was quite uncomfortable. I thought they should have at least compensated me on something, like maybe a free app or drink. I probably won't be back being there are so many restaurants in the area. This is a new restaurant for our area. Our plans changes so we figured it was worth a try to see what they offer. Well let me tell you, they offer a wall of beer options ( okay that's very nice ) but their menu offers a large selection of extremely nice Bourbons. So you are how was the food. We started with an appetizer of Gouda Mac n cheese and it was outstanding, it could have been our meal. We then order a grouper BLT and a personal pizza( lots of options here). The sandwich was reported as excellent and the pizza was just lovely. But honestly by that point I was on my second Bourbon and I was right with the world. Less I forget our server was the bees knees, she was friendly and interactive and she made our evening a delight. Amanda you made our first venture to Oak and Stein a delight.
