When they finish the east side of the Skyline rail transit system, it will be convenient to ride - if they buld a new Aloha Stadium Complex, as planned. Aloha means both hello and goodbye in the Hawaiian language. Nice station, overall. Park and ride lot; there are a couple of electric charging stations on the Diamond Head side. TheBus stops are right outside of the station. Rail cars are clean and nicely air-conditioned. City and County employee is on the car; also, security cameras are inside the station and car. Went last Sunday only to have morning rides cancelled due to issues with the tracks.

The ride is shaky as most said but nothing different from other rails I've ridden, depending on where you're sitting it's cool in comparison to the window seat I had earlier so it's all a matter of preference of view or comfort lol!! I had my doubts though see as this is another option when you want to get to a place where parking and traffic can be a nightmare. Give this ride a chance. Thank you!

This Waipahu stop is decently centralized and station exit takes you to the back of Highway Inn…read morewhere there are several bus stops for a convenient transfer. Station guides notes escalators though I didn't see any just stairs which there are two levels to reach the platform and elevators of course and after viewing majority of the stations my legs are exhausted so I decided to take it since this station is less crowded. Escalator is nicely air conditioned and smooth is no wonder many are taking it versus the stairs. Love this stop and know it will be put to great use and the cool open air makes a nice relaxing place to wait for your ride...just wish it has more seating at all stations. Thank you!

The Pouhala Waipahu Transit Center Skyline Station is one of the most used stations on the system…read moreso far. It is directly connected to the Waipahu Transit Center, where there are buses to the Waipahu neighborhoods and surrounding areas. There are also numerous strip malls, the Waipahu Festival Market, and Waipahu Public Library/Civic Center within walking distance. If you're looking for bathrooms, you can get off here and use the bus station ones. They are nasty, but if you gotta go, it's only a 10 minute ride from either end! The most useful bus connection is route 433 if you want to go to the Waikele Premium Outlets. Coming from the Stadium, do note that the bus leaves at 00 and 30 of each hour most days, and the train arrives on the 7's, so you might want to get an earlier train and wait a bit more instead of missing the bus that leaves in 3 minutes completely. This station gets 4 stars until the makai entrance gets built. Enjoy!

Excellent tour, worth every single penny!…read more At first I thought it was a little too long of a tour, almost all day long. But our tour guide was very engaging and very enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable. You could tell she loved history. Even when we were on a break she kept telling us all kinds of interesting historical facts. Bus was very comfortable. There were charging phone outlets on both sides of the bus by the seats. Strongly recommend Roberts tours!

After an amazing vacation, our airport transportation experience was a complete nightmare…read more When you call to confirm your airport pickup, dispatch instructs guests to wait outside the Beach Walk entrance. However, the drivers actually pull into the hotel to pick up passengers. My girlfriends and I had two different pickup times, and on both occasions we nearly missed our rides because we were given incorrect instructions by dispatch. To make matters worse, Courtney, the manager, was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional when we tried to resolve the issue. Ironically, both drivers apologized and told us that dispatch frequently gives guests the wrong pickup instructions. The only bright spot was our driver, Scott. He was friendly, professional, and outstanding. He deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service despite the confusion created by dispatch. Management needs to address this communication breakdown immediately so future travelers don't have the same frustrating experience.

On March 29th, while I was in Hawaii, I was driving a rental car on the Pali Hwy in the left lane…read morewhen a VIP transportation vehicle suddenly merged into my lane without using a signal. The driver continued moving into my lane despite my presence, and I had to honk my horn to alert them. Unfortunately, the vehicle made contact with my car, clipping the right front fender on the passenger side. The driver did not stop and continued driving. The vehicle involved had license plate SYX252 and was identified as bus number 247. Later that day, I contacted the company's office to report the incident. A female representative answered, took down my information, and stated that she would file a report and return my call within an hour. During that follow-up call, I was advised to contact someone named Lenny the following day (Monday) after 10:00 AM. On Monday, I called as instructed. A male employee answered and informed me that he was unsure of Lenny's schedule, stating that they do not typically know their managers' hours. He took down my name and email, and I again explained the situation in detail. As of today, April 7th, I have not received any follow-up communication regarding this incident. Due to the lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to address a serious safety concern, I cannot recommend this business. Based on my experience, they do not appear to be reliable or trustworthy when it comes to the safety of others on the road.
