TikTok told me to come here and try the Bailey frozen drink thing and man oh man this shit is fire. Imagine if it was a Baileys milkshake is the only way i could describe it. Overall sports bar is dope they have a bunch of beer pong tables and is connected to the inside of the Linq & can access the promenade as well.

We were in vegas in August. One of my friends heard about this frozen Bailey's so we had to come check it out. It was quite refreshing and it wasn't too strong. We tried to replicate this at home but it wasnt the same.

The best drink you'll have in Vegas (Frozen Bailey's)

This review is for the Frozen Bailey's, and the Frozen Bailey's only. Came here on my last trip to Vegas, and pretty much every "what to eat" guide had this drink on their itinerary, so I figured it had to be on mine. We ordered one of these from their outdoor bar on the way to In-N-Out (highly recommend pairing this drink with a double double animal style). It was mid afternoon and not busy at all, so we were promptly served. I'm going to attempt to describe this drink but really, you just need to go try it. Like an alcoholic coffee milkshake, but it feels and tastes so good in your mouth in the Vegas heat that it has this kind of addictive quality to it. If I had no plans that night (or if I were here ending my night) I would have probably downed like three of these and suffered the consequences (I'm assuming these things have to give you a massive hangover or at least the sh*ts). This is a must stop if you're in Vegas. For real.

We popped in here for one reason, the frozen Baileys! We had heard that this bar had the best one so naturally we had to research this ourselves and are pleased to report it's true!!! The drink was amazing!! This is an absolute must try when in Vegas and will be on our Go Back to list when we come back to Vegas!

We stopped by their outdoor bar area to grab a frozen Bailey's - it was amazing! They specifically had a seasonal frozen Churro Bailey's and it was absolutely incredible. It tasted like a churro milkshake. The bartender was a little on the rude side and acted like we were bothering him, but I was too excited about the drink to care. I would say it was pretty expensive for a 16 oz though - about $26 so keep that in mind!

This establishment is very laid back sitting in the alley way of the Linq hotel. Great place to drink and people watch. The service is very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was their iced drinks were way too sweet. The gentleman offered to give me a different drink but my friend drank it instead.

Bar area. Coolest bartenders on the Strip.

Here a few weeks ago. The bartenders were some of the coolest guys one could hope would tend bar in a hidden gem just in the back of the Linq. Drinks were generous pours and not hugely expensive. And that crap table, seemed to pay-pay-pay. The patrons were a bit less in-authentic than your average Las Vegas Strip miscreants. Good crowd, great staff, cool vibe. Try the steak salad. One of the other reviewers noted that it's old time fun. True. Will likely return. Check it out. -- workingman's gourmand

Love this place! The craps table by the door, was usually a minimum of $10.00. At 9 pm, they raised to $15.00 min. They have an amazing frozen Bailey's! Very refreshing and fun to drink when you're playing (and winning) Bartender Brian rocks! Wish it was bigger, but glad they still exist ! Keep it up. See ya next time

This was the infamous frozen Bailey's drink. It was slightly larger than a Wendy's kid's size Frosty. Comped price $21.50.

This is more of a heads up than anything. Yesterday late afternoon I finally got over to O'Shea's on the last day of my Vegas jaunt to try one of their infamous frozen Bailey's drinks that I've been reading all about in several facebook groups. Since none of the table games were open in O'Shea's, and I wasn't sure if the cocktail waitresses in the slot machine area outside of O'Shea's would have access to the frozen Bailey's drinks, I sat at their bar and clarified with the bartender before I ordered, "If I play video poker here at the bar do I get comped drinks?" Bartender answers, "You get your first drink comped. You have to play and maintain a balance of $20 to get additional drinks." So I put in $40, ordered my frozen Bailey's drink and tipped the bartender. Seeing that it is 105 degrees in Vegas right now, the frozen drink hit the spot as would any cold beverage. It was nothing to write home about though and in my opinion, not worth the hype. And see the accompanying photo to see how small it was. I continued playing video poker and after about 10 minutes, I asked the bartender what kinds of cider they have as I was thirsty for a nice cold cider instead of a second frozen Bailey's. They don't have cider drinks at O'Shea's, an Irish pub... I found that rather surprising. So I just ordered a Blue Moon draft. The bartender clarified that it wouldn't be comped because I wasn't playing the $1.25 per hand max play. He pointed to a light on the top of the machine that would turn red when I gambled enough max play hands to "earn additional free drinks." I said, "Oh ok, thanks" and I cashed out and left. You can spend $200 playing video poker but if it's 1-4 credits per play your money doesn't "qualify" for comped drinks, but if you spend $20 or whatever the hell number they deemed "drink qualify-worthy" by playing 5 credits, you "qualify" for comped drinks... Make it make sense. I just wanted to share my experience to give the rest of you the heads up about how the comped drinks work at O'Shea's bar just in case you're planning on heading over for a frozen Bailey's and don't want to pay $21.50 for a dinky azz frozen Bailey's drink, which was the comped price for the drink on the receipt. In my opinion, you're better off buying a bottle of Bailey's at a liquor store and doctoring up a chocolate milk shake from McDonald's. At the very least you'll at least hopefully feel welcomed wherever you doctor up your Mickey D's shake.

How much are the frozen baileys?

While playing at the craps table, we didn't get charged. Of course my friends and I always tipped the servers which helped them to keep coming back. The frozen baileys were excellent!!

What time does the bar open that sells the frozen bailey?

    Noon. Worth the wait.

Back in the day, Happy Hour was all day long. What time is Happy Hour now? What days, what kind of specials, etc?

    I think 10am

Is the frozen Baileys just for St Patrick's Day or year round?

It was at the outside bar first weekend of October and looks like it is normally there. Other then that, I don't know

What's in this frozen Baileys drink? Coffee, chocolate...?

It is just what it sounds like. Frozen Bailey's coffee liquor, similar to frozen hot chocolate. It tastes AMAZING. I never fail to get one every time I hit O'Shea's.

How much does beer pong cost here?

I think you could play for free as long as you purchase a pitcher (or two) of beer. Which correlates to filling the cups with beer.

My first stay was 5-star worthy but this time there were a few things that left me wanting. It started with the front desk lady who was decent but was hurried and not as helpful as I'd like. When I asked where we could leave our luggage she just said valet but didn't tell us precisely where we should go so we walked in circles. She also didn't share where the rooms were but having been there before I was okay there. They do have a pretty slick process where you get a text and it walks you through a lot of the information I thought she might have provided so if she would have even explained that part to me it would have been better. Fortunately our room was ready early so we didn't have to drag our luggage around for hours or until we found someone to hold them for us. The room was in the Spa Tower and was nice. It had a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as his and hers sinks. The bed was comfortable and, although being on the 7th floor wasn't great for the best views, it still was a good vantage point to see the ferris wheel and part of the sphere and the Bellagio fountains. On the downside, the sinks periodically emitted sewage smells. But the worst thing was they started doing some drilling that started at 5:30am on Monday. You read that correct, 5:30am! And it was so loud that when I went down to the 4th and then the 1st floors I could still hear it loud and clear. This was incredibly inconsiderate. When I got to the 1st floor I saw another guest complaining about it too. I get it, renovations have to take place. But at a decent hour! The next day they didn't start until about 8:30am, which was much more reasonable.

Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. I appreciated the extra safety measure of having to "card in" to go to the elevator to the rooms. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The room is more like a studio apartment with no wall or door to divide between sleeping and living space. The bed was comfortable. Two large TV's - one in the common/living space and one in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large, clean, and had plenty of towels. Appreciated the seated vanity. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but this seems to be normal for pretty much all hotels. They seem to have good soundproofing because not once did I hear any neighbors, no people noises from the hallway, and no doors to other rooms closing loudly. The hotel is huge. Initially it feels overwhelming but you quickly figure out how to get around. Lots of helpful signage. Casino is spacious, clean, and very well ventilated. People were smoking but I didn't smell it. Games are unsurprisingly tight. There is a massive amount of dining options. I had several outstanding meals. I heard a lot about how expensive Vegas is but coming from the Bay Area I felt like the dining prices were about the same, if not less in some instances. Pro tip: There's a Walgreens just outside the hotel where you can get water and other sundries for much less than inside the hotel. The mall was more of a touristy thing. Aside from Louis Vuitton, I didn't see anything that compelled me to want to shop. I did like the feeling of being "outdoors". I appreciated that pretty much everything you want or need is within the Venetian. Unless you have some outside attraction to go to, you can literally stay within the hotel and be satisfied and entertained. Leaving was so simple. Check-out is available online. There's a queue with endless taxis to take you wherever you want to go. As expensive as this hotel can be, I would be hard pressed to stay somewhere else while in Vegas.

This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
