We got married on 7.27, and having Erik and his team as our videographer, photographer, and drone pilot was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Erik was warm, professional, and so easy to work with. We met with him several times leading up to our big day, and he always took the time to listen, offer ideas, and make sure every detail was just right. My husband and I struggle finding good photographers that are capable of working with what we're self conscious about or anything along those lines. I don't know that I can properly put into words how much I loved working with Erik and Jaclyn with O'Ryan Empire, but I'll try. We reached out to them and a few other photographers in preparation for our wedding. We really appreciated that an in-person coffee meeting was how we got to get to know them. We clicked almost instantly. I found talking to Erik and Jaclyn really easy and fluid, and I could tell that they understand what we were going for. Fast forward to our engagement session, I had so much fun with Erik and he did such a great job of capturing our relationship. There are so many pictures I have around our house now because I love it. From our poses with our 3DSs to our foreheads together, he really captured our love and helped us feel at ease. We had a long time between our engagement session and our wedding and they kept in constant contact with us. They encouraged me to share the details we were finalizing as we did it, which was fun! They're excited to hear about your details because it helps them know what to focus on. We did a walkthrough of the venue the month before the wedding, and then the day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. They had an assistant with them who was just as wonderful as they are. And their photo booth is awesome - I highly recommend it! I can't believe the quality of the photos that came out of our photo booth. The props were fun and our guests loved it. They made me feel at ease throughout the wedding and captured amazing pictures. Some of their candid shots were almost magical. I also thought I didn't like pictures of details, but they proved me wrong :) There's this one shot of my husband's grandmother and I's hands clasped together that I absolutely adore and can't stop looking at. All of this to say... they are worth every penny. The packages are amazing; the photo booth, the canvas photos, the albums. If you can afford it, do it. Hire them. First of all, our wedding and engagement photos are amazing. Finding quality photographers was my wife's #1 concern. We love our photos! Thank you for taking the time to listen and adapt shots we envisioned as well as having the experience and venue knowledge to know where the best lightning and scenes are. The coordinator stressed to us that any vendor of the recommend list comes with their 100% seal of approval. Weddings are stressful and hiring people who you can trust to do their job and not add stress to the planning is very important. Erik and Jaclyn built that trust by being getting to know us during introductory phone calls, being flexible with shoot dates, and making the engagement session fun and relaxing. As the wedding day approached, Erik and Jaclyn called to verify the details of the wedding and by doing so we were confident we wouldn't have to worry about them on our big day. Having a 6 month engagement period, my wife and I worried that it would be difficult to find a photographer who could accommodate our busy schedule but O'Ryan Empire was very flexible even driving out to the Los Angeles Arboretum from Corona for our engagement session. I'm not sure where to begin with O'Ryan Empire. Jaclyn and Erik are relatable, funny, professional and extremely talented. We tout them as our most valued vendor due to everything they did for us from engagement shoot to delivering the wedding gallery link. They worked with our dog really well, which meant a lot to us.
