Misti was very nice and professional when it came to the planning and showing up for the wedding…read more She took pictures with nice views and distances. Problem was that we discussed prior to the signing of the contract that we would like to have our pictures edited a certain way. More dark and cool, not so shaded and tan/warms. We wanted this cause it would look beautiful with the dark trees of the forest as well as my dark hair against my pale skin. I also didn't want my skin blending into my ivory dress. We gave her 3 example pictures of how we would like it as well. She agreed on many occasions that it would be okay. We also verified with her on the DAY OF our wedding that it would be done that way and she assured us. When we received our pictures 3 weeks later, NONE of them were as discussed and when we told her what we discussed she then deleted ALL of our pictures (about 150-200) from the link and only re-edited about 15 of them to the picture editing we discussed. Not to mention they were done very quickly and just looked really bad. My face looked dark. I was able to download most of them before she deleted them from the link but it's more so a disappointment because it was not what we disused and we can't get this day back. This was suppose to be a really BIG SPECIAL time in our lives. I live with this sadness now. So disappointed. Edit: I have attached our email correspondence and the 3 pictures we asked for the editing to look like and she agreed she could do BEFORE we signed the contract. I also attached the photos she took and edited. Her editing style is pretty, yes but it's the fact that it's not what we all discussed and agreed upon. We were under the impression of at least receiving 50-50 her style and the style we discussed but that's not what happened. At the end of the day my husband and I decided to just take what we got and move forward because it's not like anything will change and there are 2 sides to every story. This review is written because we are hurt and disappointed but it is what it is.

I was in search of a photographer to do our fall family photos in a unique setting. I chose Misti…read morethrough yelp search. She has so much experience and knows what people want. Misti is a lifestyle photographer. Our posed pictures are great, but the photos of us just being silly and enjoying the lake/forest together are so beautiful. She really captured my families love and happiness. It wasn't easy getting our 8 month old to look and smile at the camera, but she was very patient and worked around us. She got tons of great shots. Although she's busy, she still gets your photos to you quickly. For me personally, she does the right amount of editing and filtering. All the photos were cropped perfectly as well (I'm very particular). She truly is an amazing photographer/artist. Our photo shoot with Misti was worth the drive up to the mountains. She's super affordable and worth every penny. She really made my vision come to life and I will cherish our first family photos forever! I would definitely book her in the future for all my family's photos.

CARRIE!!!! I absolutely ADORE YOU. You and your team are SO amazing…read more. Carrie was suggested to us from our wedding venue, the homestead at Wilshire Ranch, and as soon as I saw her work, I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. When first contacted her, her prices were a little out of our budget, knowing it would be high though since wedding photography and video is normally high, especially if their work is good. I informed her of our price range and she was willing to help cater to our budget. I was ecstatic since she had been my number one choice since the moment I saw her work. In her package she includes, wedding day photos of course and also an engagement shoot. With the engagement shoot we were able to get to know her a little as well as her get to know us. We fell even more in love with her. Her personality is so personable, really made us feel like her friend since most know, being photographed isn't always the most comfortable. She made us laugh, smile, comfortable, and warm (we shot our engagement session in the mountains with 40 degree weather!!) didn't even notice how cold I was though. Our big day, she arrived right on time and began to work her magic!! She was so attentive, kept our group in Check when things started to get rowdy, and with my family and friends, it gets rowdy hahah... she was so kind about everything though and you can tell she was working so hard to make sure everything was perfect. I am so beyond thankful to have found carrie and her team to photograph and video our very special day. We will be able to look back on the memories forever all thanks to her and the amazing team. Seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE you carrie!!! FOREVER THANK YOU. Ps, I plan on using you if I ever need anything photographed in the future. Big hugs!!

Like others said before, she seems amazing at first, until we put our deposit down. She disappeared. Sent our contact over a week later, then again no responses after that. EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. Almost made me think she wouldn't show up on my wedding day. Day of, dressed unprofessional, had an attitude with videographer and family. It was such a beautiful venue and photos were only taken in 3 spots. One being the freaking dirt parking lot! My dressed was covered in dirt before my reception. Photos also look mostly unedited, not in a good way. Sadly, she was one of the venues recommended photographers.

Do Not Hesitate!!! Book your appointment with Diane as soon as you can!!!…read more I found her on Yelp for my grandsons pictures and so glad I chose her. The home studio is small but perfect for new borns. Original we planned on indoor family shots but decided on front yard. The landscape design for her outdoor shots are incredible. We booked our appointment in mid September & although there were little to almost no blooms and the landscape was changing Diane's color choices and style were perfect. What I really liked was the affordability of her packages. Although I believe it is available for one stop shopping she doesn't require you to purchase prints. Which can take the price upwards of $2k not including the sitting fee. Her photos are not cheap by any means. Her eye for posing new borns is impeccable. The mama & daddy pics are beautiful.
