Went into O'Reilly's to pick up a part my dad had already ordered earlier. The second we walked in, everyone greeted us except Hunter. Right away, he asked, "Can I help you?" with an attitude.
I explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad.
At that point, I was already frustrated. We wanted to add the sensor onto the order that was already there so everything could be paid together. Hunter then told us he needed a PO number after we had already given him the account information. When I said that was fine and we'd just pay separately, he aggressively slammed the keyboard, asked for my phone number without explaining why, and then said, "Why did you give me that number if you don't have an account?" even though he never asked if I had one in the first place.
