This so called "option" (Oh, we don't have dealer add-ons...we have this option), IS a dealer add-on. It consists of paint and interior protection, free NCDMV Emission inspections, and roughly five other categories of product services they add above the advertised price of the car. They showed me a piece of paper from a copy machine that listed all of these features in detail after we started our car negotiations. This $1995.00 "option/dealer-add-on) was added to the total price of the car when they brought out their offer sheet to me from the sales manager. To this day, a month later, I still can not find the $1995.00 addendum anywhere on the website itself where they list the prices of their new vehicles. I can say for a fact a few years ago, when I would walk their lot on Sundays (closed) in the winter, this addendum was clearly posted on every vehicle and attached to the car door windshield next to MSRP information. New and used cars. No exception. When I went there in August (2026), and as we walked the lot with the salesman, I did not see a single addendum posted anywhere on the side of these new vehicles. It certainly was not posted on the car we desired to purchase. Ultimately, we could not come to an agreement on the purchase price of the car itself, so we shook the salesman's hand, and left. NOTE: This is not a sour grapes complaint about the sales experience with our sales associate. In fact, I would hope every sales associate treats a potential client the way we where treated by him. He was a senior, like me, and and professional throughout. The $1995.00 was the biggest surprise (and ultimate deal killer for us) as since I did not see this addendum on any of the cars I looked at that particular Saturday.

Now its my turn and my dad, doesnt greet us "Can I help you?" with an attitude. Explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad. I see this happen and get frustrated because let the rolls be switched around WE seem rude so i paid and left, with hunter not having the proper manners from the start wouldn't want to know how others are treated when having an encounter with him. I get those nasty or rude customers but we didnt receive what was given. Really hope this catches management attention

His attitude was rude and dismissive, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. What stood out the most was how he handled the items I was purchasing. Instead of treating me respectfully as a customer, he snatched the products from the counter and then dropped them down in front of me with an obvious attitude. The way he acted came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, I simply expected basic customer service and common courtesy. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should not be treated as if they are a burden or an inconvenience. This experience left a very negative impression and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees that professionalism and respect are important parts of customer service.

I wanted to wait awhile before writing this review because of my unique experience with Christian…read moreBrothers. It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.
