autozone sucks, ask anyone if u dont believe me. do a google search for autozone complaints u get tons from employes and customers

None of the males made an attempt to help me load them but she did. On the way out the cart got caught on the rug resulting in it turning over with the 3 batteries hitting the floor. She helped me pick them up. I told them I planned on picking up 2 more next week but not at that location. Service has Never been that bad in the years I've gone through in the past. She deserves a 5 and the other employees on duty deserve zero if it was on the scale. Advance Auto Parts, y'all can do better at this Matthews location.

I have been an Advance Auto Parts customer for decades. This location has poor customer service. I…read morehave experience quite a few bad experiences at this location but finally decided to comment. I had to get something from them but decided to get a few other things while I'm in there but I really have to go pee and I cannot take my time and shop for multiple items if I really have to go, so I asked the old blonde lady and the mid age black guy wearing the "tacticool" American flag patch baseball cap if I could please use their restroom since I cannot think clearly. Well they didn't care, they are still using the COVID as an excuse, meanwhile none of the employees are wearing mask anymore. So I went next door to their competition and use their bathroom and had to go back to at least get washer fluid that the competitor did not had and they look at me and went like "oh he is back". Yeah well not for your great customer service just for the one thing that I needed most and done. I will not go back to that location. The stallings one is way better. P.S. side note, I overheard (as she was loud as hell), on the phone saying to someone, " just remember that I will not be here in two weeks and hold on one second I think this customers needs to ask for something"

I have never had as bad customer service as I got today in this Indian Trail location. Amazingly,…read moreit was early in the morning, so no excuse that the clerk was tired, he simply DID NOT want to bother to even TRY to help me. According to him, there would be none of the 6 different replacement parts for my BMW available and they would have to be ordered from BMW directly! I asked if he could help me and at least tell me what they were but he said no use if there was no way to find them. "You need to go to the BMW dealer and no idea how much that will cost".... I was so mad but simply packed my damaged parts and left. I think when he was in front of me searching, he was probably clicking random keys - like they do in cartoons to make me think he was searching. Wow- went to my local Advance Auto Parts, and after K.K. trying to help but unsure of the answer, she referred me to Arthur in another service center [not part of Advance Auto group] that could help me! She even said to tell him she sent me. Now that is good service. And guess what, he was able to find all and they were all aftermarket locally available and ordered for me to pick up later that afternoon. I am sure not all NAPA stores have such poor, frustrating and careless customer service as the clerk that helped me today, actually in that location Josue is usually helpful, I am sorry he was not there to help me! I will not be there again.

I like AutoZone and I want to stay a customer but when they're incompetence cost me time with my family then I have to reconsider. As example, I just showed up to this location wanting to buy a couple lightbulbs which the AutoZone app says are in stock. There are app and Google maps and Apple Maps show that they are open until 10 PM. However it is 8:44pm when I took the photos attached to this review and they are closed. That's piss poor AutoZone. I don't care if young people don't wanna work for the price you wanna pay, or the pandemic or any other excuse you got, if your store operating hours say they close at 9 PM then you should be closing at 9 PM not 8:43 not 8:50 8:59, 9 PM.

We were waiting for a soccer tournament when our #012 Acura MDX died and was in need of a battery. Arriving at 730 at night both sales associates were very helpful and engaged to get us a new battery, help us install it and get us a great battery booster (which had just arrived in the back) We deeply appreciate their help and kindness on a very stressful night - it really shows that AutoZone really values hiring great players and hope this reviews shows you how much their adherence to the corporate values is being demonstrated every day.
