He was able to take my watch into the back and installed a new battery on site. The customer service was excellent and I was in and out in just a few minutes! While I was in the store, I was able to browse and this place has batteries for everything that you could possibly need! Also, some cool lights and lamps and some very good deals on LED lightbulbs. I've had an excellent experience at this auto parts store every time I've purchased parts from…read morethem. One counter person at this store was particularly helpful. Jason should be recognized for standing out. I own two vehicles that weren't sold new in the United States and basically are not supported by any auto parts stores (or even Rock Auto!). The parts nearly always have be to ordered from the UK and take weeks to receive. On two separate occasions, Jason was able to cross reference the parts and find them in the O'Reilly system. I got the parts in one day or less, not weeks. From experience, I can say, no other auto parts person would have either been able to do this or would have taken the time. Auto parts stores once went the extra mile, but not so much anymore. I've been driving for over 50 years and own 10 cars, so I've seen it all. It's a great store and it's convenient to my home. Jason is exceptional!
