The car sat for just one week, and when I went to start it, the battery was completely dead. I tried contacting Batteries Plus for a week with no answer. The following week, I finally got through to someone. They told me: "No problem, bring it in. If it's bad, we'll swap it out since you're under warranty." After that, I spent two more days calling them with no answer. Today, I finally reached them--only to be told they won't replace it because they consider it "battery neglect." So apparently, according to them: If your car sits for a few days or a week and your battery shows low voltage, they call it neglect. They will not honor the warranty you paid for. Bottom line: I spent over $300 for a battery and warranty they refuse to stand behind. Think twice before buying from Batteries Plus. I put it on a charger over night with no improvement. This is indicative of a battery damaged during shipping or on the shelf too long. I took it back for a return and asked why they don't test the batteries before selling it. Their response was this is Costco!
