They virtually ignored me and no one helped me. When I walked into O'Reilly's, a gentleman asked me if he could help me. In 10 seconds, I was looking at hammers! He also helped me find other items I needed. The manager was there and the lady who answered the phone. Everyone was smiling and friendly! It was totally different from the other "pretend" hardware/lumber store which was incredibly unfriendly and in 3 visits NEVER offered assistance! The 2 women sitting at the cash registers looked like they just sucked a lemon. Real sourpusses! Thank heaven for O'Reilly's! My new go to place for so many items! We were quickly greeted by Donald who was able to looked up what we needed and provide cost that was over $100 less than the other estimates. Make it even better, this cost included them changing out the battery for us!
