My next purchase was for a battery maintainer, with the manger's help, he showed me their wide assortment of them. I bought the new maintainer that was going to work best for my application. Even though the manger was the person who had helped me both times, there was no storage of other store employees who would have helped with the items I needed. However, I had proof of purchase and feel that due to being a 3 year warranty it should be replaced. I purchase my batteries from AutoZone for the warranty. I ended up buying a battery from AutoZone's competitor. The Regional Manager and Store Manager (Randy), reimbursed me for the battery to resolve the issue. I believe this was a training issue on AutoZone's part, which happens in retail. However, I feel that the Manager's of AutoZone resolved the issue professionally and I will still purchase from AutoZone and this store in particular.
