    BAD COMMUNICATION!!!…read more I always take my vehicle to Northside Auto Service to get my oil change and never have a problem service is always good. I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business! I would not be so upset had I at least would have received an apology! I guess my business means nothing to them!

    I bought a couple of relays and a 50Amp fuse for my 2004 Toyota Camry. I bought them online by…read moregoing to the Advance Auto Parts website. The Parts were not available through advance Auto parts. On Advance Auto Parts website it said that the parts were available from them at my local Car Quest Auto Parts Store. I purchased the parts from CarQuest Auto Parts through the Advance Auto Parts website. Turns out I didn't need the parts I ordered. I took the parts back to the CarQuest Auto Parts store I had purchased them from with my receipt. CarQuest Auto Parts employee told me that CarQuest Auto Parts would not take the parts back or give me a refund since I had purchased them through the Advance Auto Parts website and that I would have to take the parts with my receipt into an Advance Auto Parts store to get a refund on my purchase. So I drive 38 miles to North Highland in Jackson, Tennessee to Advance Auto Parts to get a refund for my purchase that I didn't need. I take the parts to the counter and show the receipts and the parts to the employee there. Then the Advance Auto Parts employee tells me that I would have to take the parts back to the CarQuest store where I purchased them from because the receipt stated that it was from CarQuest. I then explained to him that I had purchased the parts online through the Advance Auto Parts website and that CarQuest had been referred to me through Advance Auto website. I had tried to return the parts to CarQuest but since I had bought them online through Advance Auto website, I would have to return them for a refund at Advance Auto Parts. I told him I had called the store before driving 38 miles and explained the situation to someone there and whoever it was I spoke to, said that they would give me a refund. The employee then got really upset and told me I would have to come back the next day when a manager was there in order for me to get my refund. Well, needless to say, I won't be giving Advance Auto Parts on North Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee any more of my business. The employees were rude and were sitting on the counters when I came into the store. They acted as if I was wrong for coming in and it really upset them to have to get down off the counters and stop talking to their girlfriends to wait on me. If this goes on all the time there, they will be out of business soon enough. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you need to buy car parts. If they are trying to run off business, then they should be very successful. I wouldn't have given one star, but had to put that up to leave a review. No stars. Minus starz. Zero.

And I told them and showed them exactly what I needed. When I went to Auto Zone, they put the piece on for me then I paid when I was satisfied. I recommend Auto Zone... cheaper price and better service.

Since she is away at school it wasn't something I could do for her.. Preston set me at ease and she was taken care of quickly, and quite fairly. If you are choosing them because…read morethey are an authorized repair shop with your car's extended warranty (mine is through CarMax) please stop and explore your other options before you make the same mistake I did....unless you want your 17 year old daughter stranded in the middle of the road at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon...OUT OF TOWN....First off...let's talk about the 3 weeks they had the car to make some repairs...3 weeks due to having the wrong parts sent...of course they blamed some of that on the local Chrysler dealership.....so they fix everything that they said was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, but also recommended a coolant flush with my oil change ...$4900 (warranty covered $1400)...within the next 3 weeks the radiator hose has blown out on her on the 45 bypass....take the car back......they tell me that doesn't have anything to do with their previous work bc the hose was worn.....On my inspection sheet it shows "all hose in good condition " $367 and 5 days later ....because.....Yea you guessed it...that Chrysler dealership had them order the wrong parts AGAIN.......NOTHING IS EVER THEIR FAULT..... ONLY 2 hours after picking the car up from this second repair....i get a call from my daughter that the heat isn't working in the car now.....I call back the next morning and Brian tells me that yes it's possible it's not working due to their previous job so bring it in at my convenience........less than 72 hours after this is when her car completely shuts down in the middle of the road....OUT OF TOWN......I had the car towed to Christian brothers and my daughter tells me that the tow truck driver even made a comment about how many cars he has to take there bc they have messed up on the repairs...hmmm.......so Brian reaches out to me promptly after they open today (Monday morning) and I tell him what happens...he says he will call me after they push it into the bay and look at it.....I remind him that the heat wasn't working due to their previous repairs bc evidently there are no notes that said I called it in Wednesday morning...he also tries to gaslight me and say a technician said the check engine light was on when it left Tuesday....NO IT WAS NOT!!!.....so anyways we are now dealing with a busted radiator that was just in fine condition upon previous inspection......I had the car towed from Christian Brothers to my normal repair shop(who unfortunately doesn't use the Carmax warranty program) and guess what.....the second tow truck company that I used was not the least bit surprised to be towing a vehicle AWAY from this location. If you have made it this far reading my review Thank You!! I am hoping I can help anyone avoid going through this experience! I did tell the owner I would be giving them a bad review , also spreading the word on social media! I hope this helps some other single women not get taken advantage of by an owner and business that obviously doesn't care about their customer.....

    Oil change Seems pretty simple. Not a big deal. Quality rating is zero; why? Well actually I should…read moresay it was great because I had oil all over my engine and my hood and my front fender. So no rust there. The quality of the windshield washer fluid is horrible. I would have told them to not fill it. I just love the smell of burning oil on my engine. OH then they put on the receipt that my engine has oil leaks. Well when you dump oil all over the engine, what do you expect. Then dude cleans it up by dumping washer fluid (from their spigot) all over the top of the engineer. (glad it didn't crack my engine block. Cold water on a hot block is STUPID!). For a PREMIUM price I expect PREMIUM service. The hood wasn't latched all the way; discovered that on my drive on the interstate. I don't want a coupon, I don't want a refund. I do know I am not going back. $130 for oil change? Crazy. Get an upcharge on the upcharge. He didn't ask if I wanted the same oil. He did wash my windows.... First time was ok other than the OVER PRICED service.
