Even when I came in with exact part numbers off their website for what I needed they could not provide me with the right parts. Some had to be delivered and they were a day late also then what I was told which was super annoying not a huge deal but still. One time I was told oh sorry that guys new, well I guess you guys should train your workers better before letting them help customers nice excuse though. Then I stand in line another time quietly for 5+ minutes which is a absurd amount of time to begin with to then be told im not next in line another guy was when he walked up behind me not more than a minute before a cashier being available. If you leave the line you go to the back no? Maybe he was there before but that was totally rude. Rude. Incompetent. Poorly trained. Would never recommend.

Prices are reasonable and the employees are pretty knowledgeable which is really helpful. You can I ask them about a lot of things and they'll often be able to point you in the right direction. Part selection seems pretty good though it is a littler smaller and there are a few things missing that I would expect. But really it's a good automotive store.

I took 2 buses to get there so i had to leave my dog in my broken truck because i cant bring her on the bus and it now 3 1/2 hours longer then i was supposed to be gone, its getting hot outside "windows are down a little" and i have no part to fix my truck and i live 3 hours away in south pierce county... Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

Not long after that maybe chehalis, the quit working all together. So I finish my drive. And yes it did rain in Seattle...a lot. I get to my hotel, and before going to work my first grave shift I call bridge view. They didn't have the part, but said they could get. That night it dumped 8" of snow and roads froze over. They still got my part. AND they let change it out in the parking lot, I had to buy a basic metric socket set and ratchet. But the staff were super helpful and let me use some more specialized tools to get the job done. I highly recommend this local part store.

They have one in stock and it comes with a 3 year warranty. I popped over with the old unit, guy threw it on their tester and confirmed it was dead. He already had the new one out, then he quickly engraved it with the warranty information. Warranty is transferable and no paperwork needed. I wasn't in the store 10 minutes! Awesome service!
