Not long after that maybe chehalis, the quit working all together. So I finish my drive. And yes it did rain in Seattle...a lot. I get to my hotel, and before going to work my first grave shift I call bridge view. They didn't have the part, but said they could get. That night it dumped 8" of snow and roads froze over. They still got my part. AND they let change it out in the parking lot, I had to buy a basic metric socket set and ratchet. But the staff were super helpful and let me use some more specialized tools to get the job done. I highly recommend this local part store.

We stopped at this O'Reily for new wiper blades and noticed a sign in the window that said free wiper blade installation. We asked before purchasing if they would install them even though it was raining. The reply was yes. especially since it was raining! We bought the wiper blades and they installed then in the rain within a matter of minutes. Thanks O'Reily Team for saving the day!

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

Instead of managing the situation professionally or fairly, they rewarded bad behavior and ignored a customer who was being respectful. If you value basic organization, fairness, or even minimal customer service, I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Don't go here unless you have infinite useless money to spend…read more Here they charge $160 per hour of work, and on top of that they charge you for every little thing they can think of. That includes a $90 fee to just test an aftermarket radio (not even put it into a car). They do a good job at making things look nice and hiding wiring. But at the same time they do stuff in a way that makes you have to come back if you want anything changed. An example of this is I came in and asked them to run one wire through my dash to an aftermarket switch for some LED lights and I would do the rest of the job myself, they agreed and charged me $180 to run the wire. But they ended up running the wrong wire through due to a communication error, but instead of fixing it the way I wanted they only offered to finish the job (which they charged another $420 for). On top of this the guy who ran the wrong wire through my dash was very degrading when talking to me, and he was not understanding at all when I was trying to explain that it was not what I wanted. Another example of them making you come back is when installing my lights the they shortened the length of the wire on my top roof rack, which makes it so that I have go and get it rewired if I ever want to move my roof rack. It feels like some sketchy practices are going on at this establishment and I'm very disappointed with the money it felt like I wasted at this place. I will definitely never be going back here. Save your money and go somewhere else to get a stereo installed into your car. The only saving grace of this place is Cameron who works at the front desk, he's a nice and personable guy who can answer any of your questions.

James st location Les Schwab is the worse experience I have ever had…read more 1 month 4 Lyft rides home. A friend gave me a ride too. Also my car was towed to the shop. The work they messed up was front end work to the tune of 1700 plus dollars. Had to take my car to another mechanic for a diagnosis, he took pictures and gave me a report of everything they screwed up, which was very detailed and wonderful to have but each time I went back to have them fixed it. Something else went wrong. They never test drove it or they would've known these things. I almost sideswiped a car, leaving there once. I had a hell of a squeal coming out of the motor that would've been noticeable with a test drive. Another time it round and round in a circle that's when they tow it. My son also called him since he's working out of town to complain how they've treated me and they used my kindness and my health against me to my son. That didn't go over very well. I'm writing this so nobody ever goes to the Les Schwab. I feel it's my duty to let other people know stay away beware. And make the manager acts like he's the kindest man in the world and he's the one that told my son due to my health and it was my fault on a lot of stuff.

They found a leak that James Street couldn't find. And they are less busy, it seems, so they're always able to work me in on short notice. They are great to deal with!
