We walked in here to find food. Unfortunately, the food court only had five different places only two to choose from for food. Unfortunately, the Ramen place was a no go for us. The Taqueria Gabrielle was super good and they do a great job at how much food they put together in their food and prices are well meaning french fries meat, etc. The service was really great at the Taqueria Gabriel they do have a coffee shop here called the daily grind coffee I have to say my favorite place to see here was the bookstore. If you love books definitely drop by. It is huge. It is so nice. You could get lost in there. I really hope the community comes together and makes this place a great place that it can be for all the teenagers and young parents to come and bring their kids and go shopping . Don't forget to check out the thrift store if you're around as well ! After reading previous review reviews, I was a little apprehensive, walking in knowing what many others had experienced with their customer service. I will say when I walked in there was somebody who promptly greeted me and my husband, when we walked in and made some small talk. As we peruse the store, I did experience a little of what other people were saying as the employee seemed to keep popping up to chat with us as we per the store. I can understand why some customers may think that it may come off as the employees are watching you while you shop. I don't think that was what was happening at all. I think they were trying to definitely just be more friendly and welcoming, but I think they do need to tone down how many times they pop up while you are walking around the store. All of the items they have to offer are a fabulous quality and definitely a great spot to pick up gifts for others. When I'm in the area, I will definitely pop in and shop again.

My only complaint is the parking, it always feels like it's packed with tourists (even in the off season.) Or maybe no one knows how to drive? When I stopped by this past weekend to be disappointed again, they called the Aptos store which happened to have my size in the boot I liked, and the Aptos staff was able to put it on hold for me. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that that the place was more than just a shoe store. It was an entire gift shop, with clothing, puzzles, and quirky items of all kinds on display. I explored the merchandise they had in the store, from unicorn themed books & ornaments to cozy pajamas made of the softest material ever. It was tempting, but I purchased my lovely new black comfortiva boots and was on my way. If you can look past the outrageous pricing, there's much to appreciate about this cute lil shop. A nice variety of unique products and designs, friendly service, and free & easy parking.

I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars to support this local business. I went to exchange a bag I bought for a friend's birthday. She used it for a week and the handle broke. I went in with the receipt and asked for a replacement. They didn't have the same one so she called someone and when she got off she told me too bad. Since they don't have an identical one I would not get a replacement or a store credit. Apparently the owner or manager authorized this. I was appalled. I told the girl what I thought of this policy and asked her to file my complaint with the owner. She didn't care, she just said I only work here. They DO NOT care that I spent money on something that was clearly defective and they refused to back up the products they sell by offering a store credit. She told me they said to call the manufacturer of the bag. I CANNOT BELIEVE this. It's disgusting. They basically stole money from me. What a rip off. The friends I talked to about it were disgusted and encouraged me to write this. So beware if you shop here and something doesn't work out with a product they don't make, they will not honor a return. Absolutely disgusting and sad way to do business. I will never shop at these stores again. Do waste your money here. I would give negative stars if I could.

This is the super awesome kids outlet located right next door (more or less) to it's parents…read moreboutique shop which is simply delightful. Unusually for an area business it has a sizeable surface lot for parking. However, the lot is shared with all the other businesses in that strip mall many of which are quite popular. So while there will always be a spot in that lot somewhere, getting to it can be painful. That surface lot isn't laid out well and requires a fair amount of maneuvering not least around the other not always very focused drivers in and around. This is smaller store as far as these things go, but is lovingly stocked with higher quality baby gear and some of the more thoughtful kinds of toys/books for older children. It is a lush shopping destination and it's heavy on STEM items both of which are very welcome things. Service is pretty solid-the clerk/cashier is centrally located-and as this is a smaller space that means they are readily available for any questions you may have without being intrusive. All in all this is a rock solid shopping experience, if a little on the pricey side.
