There is also a nail spa, Hacienda barber, message shop, Beast Fitness and a Goodwill donation center. Apparently there's more than one place called Willow Glen Plaza in San Jose. The other day, I was at this one at the corner of Bird Ave & Willow Street, and I noticed it had no Yelp listing. So I added a listing to clear up any confusion. This is the Willow Glen Plaza that has a Walgreens for an anchor store. It's also adjacent to Bay Area Self-Storage. This plaza appears to have only one restaurant, and the rest of the businesses are specialty stores and services. These shops include: - Walgreens - Thai Spice restaurant - Quality Pet Spot Grooming - UPS Store - dry cleaners, laundromat, nail salon - martial arts, discount cigarettes There's lots of free parking, with extra parking on the side of the Walgreens. I was there between 6-8pm, and most of the activity was around the Walgreens, the Wash Shop (laundromat), and the Thai Spice restaurant.

I went for Belly Goats burgers, which took close to an hour! Wait was pretty long but at least there was entertainment. Cowboy burger with bacon jam and smoked cheddar and garlic fries were tasty and I inhaled them. Good addition for the area but it definitely gets busy - make sure to ask for the wait time at Belly Burgers!

There's a good mix of major stores and businesses, such as: Lucky Supermarket, CVS Drugstore, O-Reilly's Auto Parts, Bank of America, and a Jack-in-the-Box. The other day, I was there for 1-1/2 hours. I didn't see any security patrols or anyone giving out parking tickets. Seems like a fairly safe area in the daytime. I did see a few "sketchy" people walking thru the parking lot. Also, I notice drivers don't drive within the marked lanes or paths. Yeah well, since there's no cars in the way, drivers just go straight to where they want to go. Overall, a nice and clean neighborhood shopping center.

There was no mention of "please come in before 5pm" or anything. When I showed up the person on floral shift was angry because her shift was ending. I was never told to come at a certain time or I would have planned accordingly! I do care about that. But no one told me. She helped me find someone to do it, and he was also very curt and rude. He very irritatedly said "if these blow up its not on me" which i replied "of course i know i brought them in and didn't purchase them here i understand." But I did clarify like, i dont want to pay for the $10 helium if the balloon bursts... he said nothing. It was as if everyone was so pissed at me for being here. I am paying $70 in helium and happy to, but please don't treat me like i am some sort of horrible person. It's unreal to me how people can act like that.
