Purchase at your own risk. When I first discovered this company 10 years ago, I was blown away with the effectiveness of their products.
I noticed a decline in the efficacy the past couple of years, but decided to place another order regardless.
One of the items I ordered was their bottle wrap - supposed to raise the vibration of the water in a bottle when this wrap is put on the bottle. The wrap arrived warped and would not wrap around anything cylindrical.
I texted per their website instruction, and was told another would be sent. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks, I reached out to find out where the replacement was.
I was met with a litany of excuses as to why it had not been sent (too busy), and was told that 'when she (the owner) talked to her person, she was told that's how they are made.'
Interesting. So, you're selling a product that does not work for the purpose for which it is made.
Instead of proceeding with modicum professionalism, the owner wanted ME to look up my order and tell HER how much I was owed.
After protesting this absurd request and pointing out the obvious - that this responsibility was hers, she started ranting about their "kindness policy", and how they were not COSTCO, etc., etc.
Got it. So you're one of millions of small businesses who function with full throttle professionalism, but somehow because you're not COSTCO, you can't turn out a functioning product, or else make a simple refund?
Before saying that she was blocking me, the owner finally agreed to send a refund CHECK. What? who even uses checks anymore? I paid online, and she wants to send a refund check for an ill-manufactured product. My total for this 3 item order was $182. And this is the Vibes Up gratitude with which I was met. I'm guessing it speaks to their "kindness" policy which is basically their attempt to avoid any degree of professionalism. Or adulthood for that matter.
I repeat, purchase at your own risk. Aside from the comically absurd excuse for customer service, my cat refused to sit on one of the pieces I purchased several months ago. I'm sure we can all agree that animals can detect the true energetic quality of things. read more
