They start you off with snacks and cocktails before you even enter the main dining experience. Every course thereafter is absolutely fantastic. It is also open to non-guests. If you haven't been to a place like this before, expect the most formal of service. In fact it's not even dining, its a "food experience" in which you will spend a couple of hours exploring tastes and textures created by the chef. The Saturday we dined, the menu consisted of three different tasting menus the main one with like 10 small bite courses, the chefs tasting menu and lastly a vegetarian option. They do ask you in advance about food allergies and preferences (for us, no clams, mussels or octopus) and will happily adjust things accordingly. We got the chefs menu (€110 per person) along with the recommended wine pair (€55 per person) so a dining "experience" here was not cheap by any definition. We were there a bit over 2 hours and while everything is artfully prepared and the choreography of service is impressive, this type of dining isn't really something I enjoy all that much as a general rule. If you are a gourmet diner and don't mind spending $200 per person on dinner, it's quite the experience.

We were expecting an upscale restaurant experience. We had a 9:30 reservation for our family of…read morefour. It was this or 7:30 but we opted for the later one as we had been out all day and wanted to give the kids some time in the pool. We thought it would be a late night and hoped to have the kids in bed ~11pm. Oh boy were we wrong. We arrived about 10 mins early and were asked to take a seat downstairs and were told they were running about 15 minutes late. An hour later we were seated upstairs only after we chased down the hostess. So it's 10:30 and we go to place our orders straight away (we had plenty of time to study the menu). Unfortunately a lot of the dishes are not available including the shrimp cocktail. At 11:30 the starter comes out. And it's after midnight by the time our mains arrive. My wife and kids left the restaurant at ~12:45 and I joined the line to pay the bill. I was out there shortly after 1am. This was the worst service we have ever experienced. I gave them 2 stars because the restaurant itself is magnificent. It's built into the cliff face and overlooks the ocean. That said the lift you take to restaurant stinks and the bathroom did not have a lock. I checked the receipt today and realized they charged us for the shrimp cocktail they didn't have. If you must go to this place I recommend you book as early as possible before they get busy and everything goes sideways. Everyone in the restaurant was upset.

I planned a visit here months ahead because of the ambiance. The bar is located in a beautiful…read morebeach with spectacular views. We arrived right before opening and they were still setting up. I ordered their omelet and it was not the best. This is more of a place for dinner and cocktails with a view rather than brunch.
