October comes and goes and we were advised several times when we called that all the items were in and we were next on the install list. Continue to call and whoever answers the phones wouldn't give any details or stating that Richard would call us back and never did. Continued to call and finally someone different answers, this is in November, and tells us our carpet was never even ordered! She calls us back the next day and says they just placed the order and it would be delivered in a few weeks. Not happy at this point, but ok delays happen. Still no word from Richard about the install. I finally email explaining that this is unprofessional and that this needs to be done by the 15th so we can come up for Christmas. Spoke with Richard on Friday December 17th and advised that it was finished. I show up today, Dec 19th, and it's not finished. Different carpet installed in one bedroom, carpet not tacked down or even cut in some places, furniture in wrong place, doors not installed, random baseboards not installed, etc. I called Richard today and he said oh yeah I didn't order enough so that was what we did and ordered more carpet that will be here in a few weeks. 6 months later and I'm still dealing with this and it is a total nightmare.
